【摘要】：“流程銀行”的概念在國(guó)內(nèi)最早是由原銀監(jiān)會(huì)主席劉明康于2005年提出,他通過(guò)列舉當(dāng)時(shí)銀行業(yè)存在的諸多問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而提出只有以“流程銀行”模式取代原有的“部門銀行”模式才是銀行業(yè)改革發(fā)展的出路。商業(yè)銀行開(kāi)展流程銀行模式建設(shè),其最終目的是通過(guò)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型,提升自身的經(jīng)營(yíng)水平,進(jìn)而可以為客戶提供更加優(yōu)質(zhì)高效的服務(wù)。而效能建設(shè)最初只是被用于增強(qiáng)機(jī)關(guān)事業(yè)單位的“公仆”意識(shí),提高為人民群眾服務(wù)的效率和效果。本文通過(guò)運(yùn)用建設(shè)“流程銀行”的方法,即利用“流程再造”的理念,通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)建設(shè)銀行廣東省分行的業(yè)務(wù)流程、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、管理制度及企業(yè)文化開(kāi)展流程優(yōu)化和再造,切實(shí)提高經(jīng)營(yíng)效率,為“效能建設(shè)”的順利實(shí)施打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。進(jìn)而提出：建行廣東省分行的效能建設(shè)可以利用建設(shè)流程銀行模式的方式方法,即通過(guò)對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、管理制度及企業(yè)文化的流程再造,進(jìn)一步提高為客戶服務(wù)的效率,進(jìn)而提高市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,達(dá)到“為客戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)”的目的。
[Abstract]:The concept of "process bank" in China was first put forward by Liu Mingkang, the former chairman of the CBRC, in 2005. He listed many problems existing in the banking industry at that time. Then, it is put forward that only by replacing the original "departmental bank" mode with the "process bank" mode is the way out for the banking reform and development. The ultimate goal of commercial banks in developing process banking mode is to improve their own management level through strategic transformation, and then to provide customers with more high-quality and efficient services. At first, the efficiency construction is used to enhance the public servant consciousness of the government and public institution, and to improve the efficiency and effect of serving the people. By using the method of constructing "process bank", that is, using the idea of "process reengineering", this paper optimizes and reengineering the business process, organizational structure, management system and corporate culture of Guangdong Branch of China Construction Bank. Improving management efficiency lay a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of efficiency construction. Furthermore, it is put forward that the efficiency construction of CCB Guangdong Branch can be carried out through the process reengineering of business process, organizational structure, management system and corporate culture. Further improve the efficiency of customer service, and then improve the competitiveness of the market, to achieve the purpose of "providing quality services for customers".
