【摘要】：本文借鑒生命周期的概念,提出自動(dòng)柜員機(jī)全生命周期分析。自動(dòng)柜員機(jī)全生命周期主要包括配備、布設(shè)、運(yùn)行、業(yè)務(wù)、管理、發(fā)展六個(gè)主要流程,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注上述流程中與之密切相關(guān)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)效率等狀況。案例銀行在自動(dòng)柜員機(jī)的配備上品牌趨于集中,在布設(shè)上增速相對(duì)較快,在運(yùn)行上運(yùn)營(yíng)效果總體向好,在業(yè)務(wù)上交易量、交易額大幅增長(zhǎng),在管理上確立集中運(yùn)營(yíng)的管理機(jī)制,在發(fā)展上業(yè)務(wù)替代效應(yīng)顯著、發(fā)展前景廣闊。案例銀行自動(dòng)柜員機(jī)運(yùn)營(yíng)總體向好,可用率、運(yùn)行率等關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)居于同業(yè)先進(jìn)水平。
[Abstract]:Based on the concept of life cycle, this paper puts forward the whole life cycle analysis of ATMs. The whole life cycle of ATMs mainly includes six main processes, such as equipping, laying, running, operating, managing and developing six main processes, focusing on the quality of service and service efficiency which are closely related to these processes. The case banks tend to concentrate on the equipment of ATMs, increase relatively fast in setting up, operate well in general, increase trading volume and turnover in business by a large margin, and establish a management mechanism for centralized operation in management. In the development of business substitution effect is significant, broad prospects for development. The operation of ATMs in case banks is generally good, and the key indicators, such as availability and operation rate, are in the advanced level of the same industry.
