杭州城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:目前,中國銀行業(yè)的一個最突出的問題,是同質(zhì)化傾向。不同類型的銀行,目標(biāo)市場是一樣的,集中在壟斷行業(yè)、大型項目,而中小企業(yè)這個市場的空缺卻很少有銀行花時間去關(guān)注。城市商業(yè)銀行由于擁有管理鏈條短、傳輸信息快,以及了解當(dāng)?shù)厥袌龅奶攸c,可以有效快速的占領(lǐng)目標(biāo)市場,較好地解決與客戶信息不對稱所產(chǎn)生的道德風(fēng)險問題。如果城市商業(yè)銀行繼續(xù)發(fā)揚傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢是明智的,可以收到更好的效果。 本文基于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理理論和市場營銷理論,采取理論與實踐相結(jié)合的方法,在總結(jié)國外中小銀行發(fā)展經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,從市場定位入手探討我國城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展模式。進(jìn)而以杭州銀行為例,在綜合分析內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,明確杭州銀行的戰(zhàn)略選擇與市場定位,并提出相關(guān)措施以保障戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。本文的內(nèi)容主要有七章:第一章,介紹。本章主要從三個方面來進(jìn)行闡述:(1)從實際的情況出發(fā),將研究的意義進(jìn)行闡述;(2)采取適當(dāng)?shù)姆椒▽Υ嬖诘膯栴}進(jìn)行解決;(3)闡明具體的研究思路和方法。第二章,總結(jié)了中國城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展模式。本章首先通過理論分析影響中小銀行的發(fā)展因素,和外國中小銀行發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行了綜述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,探討中國城市商業(yè)銀行的發(fā)展方向,總結(jié)三種不同的發(fā)展模式。第三章,分析杭州銀行的競爭環(huán)境。本章使用波特的“五種力量模型”來對商業(yè)銀行的競爭情況分析,思考杭州銀行在發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。第四章,分析杭州銀行的內(nèi)部力量。本章主要介紹了杭州銀行總體的發(fā)展,以及其優(yōu)點和缺點。第五章,杭州銀行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略定位。結(jié)合前文對城市商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展模式的研究以及杭州銀行SWOT分析的結(jié)果,,做出杭州銀行的戰(zhàn)略定位選擇,明確了業(yè)務(wù)定位與跨區(qū)域發(fā)展定位,提出了未來的發(fā)展目標(biāo)。第六章,杭州銀行戰(zhàn)略的實施策略。根據(jù)杭州銀行的戰(zhàn)略定位與目標(biāo),綜合分析各方面的情況,提出相應(yīng)的實施措施。第七章,結(jié)論?偨Y(jié)本文的主要研究成果。
[Abstract]:At present, one of the most prominent problems in China's banking industry is homogeneity. The target market for different types of banks is the same, focusing on monopolies, large projects, and small and medium-sized enterprises, which have little time to focus on. Because of the short chain of management, the fast transmission of information and the understanding of the characteristics of the local market, the city commercial banks can effectively and quickly occupy the target market and solve the moral hazard problem caused by the asymmetry of customer information. If the city commercial bank continues to carry on the tradition superiority is wise, can obtain the better effect. Based on the enterprise strategic management theory and marketing theory, this paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, and on the basis of summing up the development experience of foreign small and medium-sized banks, discusses the development mode of our country's urban commercial banks from the market orientation. Then taking Hangzhou Bank as an example, on the basis of comprehensive analysis of internal and external environment, this paper clarifies the strategic choice and market positioning of Hangzhou Bank, and puts forward relevant measures to ensure the realization of strategic objectives. The main contents of this paper are seven chapters: chapter one, introduction. This chapter mainly from three aspects to elaborate: (1) from the actual situation, the significance of the study is expounded; (2) to take appropriate methods to solve the existing problems; (3) to clarify the specific research ideas and methods. The second chapter summarizes the development model of China's urban commercial banks. In this chapter, the factors influencing the development of small and medium banks and the successful experiences of foreign small and medium banks are summarized. On this basis, the development direction of China's urban commercial banks is discussed, and three different development models are summarized. Chapter three analyzes the competitive environment of Hangzhou Bank. This chapter uses Porter's "five forces model" to analyze the competitive situation of commercial banks and consider the opportunities and challenges of Hangzhou Bank in the development. Chapter four analyzes the internal strength of Hangzhou Bank. This chapter mainly introduces the overall development of Hangzhou Bank, as well as its advantages and disadvantages. Chapter five, the development strategy of Hangzhou Bank. Based on the research on the development model of city commercial bank and the result of SWOT analysis of Hangzhou Bank, this paper makes the strategic positioning choice of Hangzhou Bank, clarifies the business orientation and cross-regional development orientation, and puts forward the future development goal. The sixth chapter, the implementation strategy of Hangzhou Bank. According to the strategic orientation and target of Hangzhou Bank, this paper comprehensively analyzes the situation of various aspects and puts forward the corresponding implementation measures. Chapter VII, conclusion. Summarize the main research results of this paper.
