【摘要】：改革開放30多年來，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展，取得了巨大成就，但是同時(shí)也付出了沉重的環(huán)境代價(jià)，自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)遭到了不同程度的破壞。金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)與自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)類似，具有很多自然生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的特征。避免金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)遭受同樣的破壞成為很多金融學(xué)者的共識(shí)，而解決此問題的前提是要了解目前存在的金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展水平及其穩(wěn)定性程度，只有了解了現(xiàn)有的金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展水平及其穩(wěn)定性程度，才能對(duì)其進(jìn)行局部調(diào)整，以達(dá)到整個(gè)系統(tǒng)協(xié)同穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。 黑龍江省目前正在加快轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式、調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，大力推進(jìn)“八大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)”和“十大工程”建設(shè)，加快發(fā)展“十大重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)”，這些目標(biāo)任務(wù)的完成離不開金融機(jī)構(gòu)的大力支持，離不開金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。當(dāng)前，黑龍江省金融系統(tǒng)在全國的帶領(lǐng)下進(jìn)行一步步改革，改革就面臨著未知，改革就意味著沖擊。那么，把握了解現(xiàn)有的黑龍江省金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展水平及其穩(wěn)定性程度、波動(dòng)特征則是黑龍江省金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)一步改革的關(guān)鍵前提。 運(yùn)用生態(tài)學(xué)方法研究黑龍江省金融系統(tǒng)對(duì)于豐富和擴(kuò)充金融學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域，，衍生和發(fā)展新興交叉邊緣學(xué)科具有重要的理論意義，同時(shí)也有助于黑龍江省金融機(jī)構(gòu)規(guī)避金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、促使金融系統(tǒng)良性運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)；有助于金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)長(zhǎng)期保持穩(wěn)定，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體、經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境和經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的長(zhǎng)期動(dòng)態(tài)平衡、協(xié)調(diào)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，從而促進(jìn)黑龍江省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、維持社會(huì)穩(wěn)定。 本文從金融生態(tài)主體、金融生態(tài)環(huán)境及金融生態(tài)作用鏈三方面深入探索、過濾、簡(jiǎn)化影響黑龍江省金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵因素，在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建黑龍江省金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展水平及穩(wěn)定性評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系，運(yùn)用固定效應(yīng)模型對(duì)黑龍江省金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行評(píng)估，運(yùn)用沖量理論建立沖量波動(dòng)模型對(duì)黑龍江省金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了評(píng)估。 通過研究得出以下結(jié)論：黑龍江省在東北四省區(qū)中金融生態(tài)發(fā)展水平排名第三，僅優(yōu)于內(nèi)蒙古，說明黑龍江省金融生態(tài)水平與遼寧、吉林還有差距，應(yīng)當(dāng)繼續(xù)構(gòu)建優(yōu)化省內(nèi)金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)，改善金融生態(tài)環(huán)境；黑龍江省金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)目前是相對(duì)不穩(wěn)定的，說明目前黑龍江省金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)正在進(jìn)行調(diào)整，需要注意的是在今后的金融系統(tǒng)發(fā)展、改革過程中要注意對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)關(guān)鍵因素的調(diào)整，避免因?yàn)檎{(diào)整力度過大而使金融系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生過大波動(dòng)。 最后，認(rèn)為黑龍江省政府應(yīng)當(dāng)從構(gòu)建多樣化的金融生態(tài)主體、營(yíng)造良好的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境及深化金融生態(tài)鏈條入手，從各個(gè)角度完善黑龍江省金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years, China's economy has developed rapidly and made great achievements, but at the same time, it has also paid a heavy environmental price, and the natural ecosystem has been destroyed to varying degrees. Financial ecosystem is similar to natural ecosystem and has many characteristics of natural ecosystem. It has become a common understanding among many financial scholars to avoid the same damage to the financial ecosystem, and the prerequisite for solving this problem is to understand the level of development and stability of the existing financial ecosystem. Only by understanding the level of development and the degree of stability of the existing financial ecosystem can local adjustment be made in order to achieve the coordinated and stable operation of the whole system. At present, Heilongjiang Province is speeding up the transformation of its development mode, readjusting its industrial structure, vigorously promoting the construction of the "eight major economic zones" and "ten major projects," and speeding up the development of the "ten key industries." These target tasks can not be completed without the support of financial institutions and the coordinated and stable operation of financial ecosystem. At present, the financial system of Heilongjiang Province is under the leadership of the whole country to reform step by step. Therefore, understanding the development level and stability of the existing financial ecosystem in Heilongjiang Province is the key prerequisite for the further reform of the financial ecosystem in Heilongjiang Province. Using ecological method to study the financial system of Heilongjiang Province is of great theoretical significance to enrich and expand the research field of finance, to derive and develop new interdisciplinary disciplines, and to help the financial institutions of Heilongjiang Province to avoid financial risks at the same time. To promote the sound operation of the financial system, to help the financial ecosystem to maintain long-term stability, to realize the long-term dynamic balance among the main business bodies, the business environment and the business objectives, and to coordinate and develop steadily, thereby promoting the economic development of Heilongjiang Province, Maintain social stability. In this paper, the main body of financial ecology, financial ecological environment and financial ecological action chain are deeply explored, filtering and simplifying the key factors that affect the financial ecosystem of Heilongjiang Province. On this basis, the development level and stability evaluation index system of Heilongjiang financial ecosystem is constructed, and the development level of Heilongjiang financial ecosystem is evaluated by the fixed effect model. The stability of Heilongjiang financial ecosystem was evaluated by using impulse theory to establish impulse fluctuation model. The following conclusions are drawn from the study: Heilongjiang Province ranks third in the development level of financial ecology in the four northeastern provinces, only superior to Inner Mongolia, indicating that there is still a gap between Heilongjiang Province's financial ecological level and that of Liaoning and Jilin. We should continue to build and optimize the financial ecosystem in the province and improve the financial ecological environment. At present, the financial ecosystem of Heilongjiang Province is relatively unstable, indicating that the financial ecosystem of Heilongjiang Province is being adjusted at present. Attention should be paid to the development of financial system in the future. In the course of reform, attention should be paid to the adjustment of key factors in the system so as to avoid excessive fluctuations in the financial system due to excessive adjustment. Finally, the author holds that the Heilongjiang Provincial Government should start with the construction of diversified financial ecological subjects, the creation of a good financial ecological environment and the deepening of the financial ecological chain, and improve the financial ecological system of Heilongjiang Province from various angles.
