【摘要】:摘要:在金融業(yè)中,銀行業(yè)居于核心地位,是關(guān)系到金融業(yè)甚至是整個(gè)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展的重要元素。當(dāng)前,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增速明顯放緩,利率市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程實(shí)質(zhì)推進(jìn),銀行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。而市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)一直是影響銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的重要因素,因此,對(duì)商業(yè)銀行市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效關(guān)系的研究,對(duì)于我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行有著不可忽視的指導(dǎo)意義。 首先,本文分析了大量國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及研究成果,對(duì)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效關(guān)系進(jìn)行了理論闡述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了我國(guó)銀行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效之間的影響機(jī)理。其次,本文測(cè)度了我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效水平。一是通過(guò)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算出HHI指數(shù)、H-統(tǒng)計(jì)量和Lerner指數(shù),分析中國(guó)銀行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度,結(jié)果表明:我國(guó)銀行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度呈上升趨勢(shì),處于壟斷競(jìng)爭(zhēng)型。二是選取了十個(gè)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)通過(guò)因子分析法測(cè)算銀行綜合績(jī)效值,結(jié)果表明:我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效水平在不斷提高。然后,本文對(duì)銀行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。采用2005-2012年18家商業(yè)銀行的面板數(shù)據(jù),選取商業(yè)銀行的綜合績(jī)效值為被解釋變量,HHI指數(shù)、H-統(tǒng)計(jì)量與Lerner指數(shù)分別為解釋變量,銀行資產(chǎn)規(guī)模與GDP增長(zhǎng)率為控制變量,建立回歸模型。結(jié)果顯示:銀行市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度與經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效之間呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。最后,論文以現(xiàn)狀分析與實(shí)證結(jié)果為依據(jù),提出了一系列有利于銀行提高經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效方面的對(duì)策建議,包括進(jìn)一步完善銀行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入與退出機(jī)制、鼓勵(lì)和引導(dǎo)民營(yíng)資本進(jìn)入銀行業(yè)、加速銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)模式轉(zhuǎn)型、努力發(fā)展銀行金融創(chuàng)新等。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in the financial industry, the banking industry occupies the core position and is an important element related to the sustained, stable and healthy development of the financial industry and even the whole national economy. At present, the economic growth rate of China has slowed obviously, the interest rate marketization process has been promoted substantially, and the competition in the banking market is becoming increasingly fierce. Market competition has always been an important factor affecting the performance of commercial banks. Therefore, the study of the relationship between market competition and business performance of commercial banks has a guiding significance for commercial banks in China. First of all, this paper analyzes a large number of domestic and foreign related literature and research results, the relationship between market competition and business performance is expounded theoretically, and on this basis, the influence mechanism between market competition and business performance in China is analyzed. Secondly, this paper measures the degree of market competition and management performance of Chinese commercial banks. First, the HHI index and Lerner index are calculated by the relevant data, and the competition degree of China's banking market is analyzed. The results show that the market competition degree of China's banking industry is on the rise and is in the monopoly competition type. Secondly, ten financial indexes are selected to measure the comprehensive performance of banks by factor analysis. The results show that the performance level of commercial banks in China is constantly improving. Then, this paper makes an empirical test on the relationship between banking market competition and business performance. Using the panel data of 18 commercial banks from 2005 to 2012, the comprehensive performance of commercial banks is chosen as the explanatory variable, HHI index H- statistic and Lerner index are the explanatory variables respectively, and the bank asset size and GDP growth rate are the controlling variables, and the regression model is established. The results show that there is a positive correlation between the degree of market competition and operating performance. Finally, based on the current situation analysis and empirical results, the paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions, including further improving the banking access and withdrawal mechanism, encouraging and guiding private capital into the banking industry. Accelerate the transformation of banking business model, and strive to develop bank financial innovation.
