【摘要】：商業(yè)銀行在業(yè)務創(chuàng)新和市場競爭中,需要通過實施有效的知識產權保護以實現創(chuàng)新收益的最大化和提高企業(yè)核心競爭力。本文在研究中國商業(yè)銀行知識產權保護現狀的基礎上,指出中國商業(yè)銀行知識產權保護存在的主要問題包括:目前中國商業(yè)銀行知識產權保護的戰(zhàn)略意識和風險意識仍有待加強,知識產權保護管理制度尚不完善,外部知識產權保護法治環(huán)境亦有待改善。因此,需要進一步加強和改進商業(yè)銀行知識產權保護工作,包括從戰(zhàn)略高度重視知識產權保護;完善知識產權保護管理機制和工作制度;提升知識產權保護技術水平;推動知識產權保護法治環(huán)境的改善等。
[Abstract]:In business innovation and market competition, commercial banks need to implement effective intellectual property protection to maximize innovation income and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. On the basis of studying the current situation of intellectual property protection of Chinese commercial banks, It is pointed out that the main problems of intellectual property protection of Chinese commercial banks include: at present, the strategic consciousness and risk awareness of intellectual property protection of Chinese commercial banks need to be strengthened, and the management system of intellectual property protection is not perfect. The external intellectual property protection legal environment also needs to be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen and improve the intellectual property protection of commercial banks, including paying attention to the protection of intellectual property from a strategic perspective, perfecting the management mechanism and working system of intellectual property protection, and improving the technical level of intellectual property protection. To promote the protection of intellectual property rights and the improvement of the legal environment.
