中信銀行信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:摘要:近年來(lái),信用卡業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)成為了銀行新興利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。在信用卡方面,我國(guó)還處于起步階段,中國(guó)信用卡產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展越來(lái)越快且前景無(wú)限。在信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中,我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行還存在著很多的不足,包括信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)信息技術(shù)落后、管理體系不健全等問(wèn)題。我國(guó)銀行必須適應(yīng)全新的金融環(huán)境,在信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理上尋找新方法。因此,信用卡業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理成為了國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,研究中信銀行信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理具有一定的實(shí)踐意義。 本文從信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的理論入手,結(jié)合中信銀行信用卡運(yùn)行實(shí)際,分析了中信銀行在信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中的現(xiàn)狀及生命周期,認(rèn)為中信銀行在信用卡方面存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)主要表現(xiàn)在營(yíng)銷、征信、信息科技、運(yùn)營(yíng)等方面,接著,主要從信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、欺詐風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、操作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等方面分析了中信銀行信用卡相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的原因,進(jìn)一步剖析中信銀行信用卡內(nèi)部存在的缺陷,在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行定量分析,更詳細(xì)地分析其中存在的問(wèn)題。最后,在定性和定量分析的前提下,在信用卡信用、征信、欺詐風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、信息科技等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)方面,提出相應(yīng)的信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控措施,并建立風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系,以降低中信銀行信用卡風(fēng)險(xiǎn),保障其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的有效性。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: in recent years, credit card business has become a new profit growth point of banks. In the credit card, China is still in the initial stage, the credit card industry in China is developing more and more rapidly and has unlimited prospects. In credit card risk management, Chinese commercial banks still have a lot of shortcomings, including credit risk information technology backward, management system is not perfect and so on. Chinese banks must adapt to the new financial environment and look for new methods in credit card risk management. Therefore, the risk management of credit card business has become the focus of domestic concern, the study of credit card risk management of CITIC Bank has certain practical significance. This paper starts with the theory of credit card risk and analyzes the current situation and life cycle of credit card risk management in CITIC Bank. It is believed that the risks in credit card of CITIC Bank are mainly manifested in the aspects of marketing, credit information, information technology, operation and so on. Then, mainly from the credit risk and fraud risk, This paper analyzes the causes of credit card related risks in CITIC Bank, and further analyzes the defects in credit card of CITIC Bank. On the basis of this, quantitative analysis is carried out, and the existing problems are analyzed in more detail. Finally, on the premise of qualitative and quantitative analysis, in the credit card credit, fraud risk, information technology and other risks, put forward the corresponding credit card risk prevention and control measures, and establish a risk management system. In order to reduce the credit card risk of CITIC Bank, ensure the effectiveness of risk management.
