ZX銀行零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,居民生活水平顯著提高,社會(huì)財(cái)富不斷增長,居民對財(cái)富管理、增值儲(chǔ)值、投資理財(cái)?shù)囊笤桨l(fā)迫切,這對我國銀行的零售業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供了廣闊的空間和前景。同時(shí),從國際先進(jìn)銀行發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看,零售業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展也是一個(gè)成功銀行能夠持久、健康、穩(wěn)健經(jīng)營不可或缺的重要板塊,國際大型銀行在上世紀(jì)70年代后普遍加快了零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的步伐,近年來零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)已成為其利潤來源的主體,如花旗銀行、美洲銀行、德意志銀行等國家先進(jìn)銀行,其零售利潤占比均超過50%。另一方面,從我國銀行業(yè)的發(fā)展來講,零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)也是轉(zhuǎn)型調(diào)整的必然選擇,次貸風(fēng)暴和金融危機(jī)以后,新巴塞爾協(xié)議的出臺(tái)和我國資本新政的實(shí)施,對銀行的資本監(jiān)管更加嚴(yán)格,對銀行的經(jīng)營管理產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)影響,我國銀行依靠簡單的規(guī)模增長和信貸投放獲取利益的發(fā)展模式已不可持續(xù),轉(zhuǎn)型和深化管理成為必然出路,零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)將成為國內(nèi)各商業(yè)銀行的必爭之地,因此,做好股份制商業(yè)零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)成為其戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的重要一步。 本文作者在參閱了大量關(guān)于國內(nèi)外銀行零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的資料和書籍的基礎(chǔ)上,采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法、定性研究法、定量分析法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法等多種研究方法分析了國內(nèi)外銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)一步分析了我國商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),提出了銀行發(fā)展零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)的必要性。同時(shí)重點(diǎn)分析了ZX銀行零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展情況,零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展中面臨的問題,提出了發(fā)展零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略和對策措施,從而有助于ZX銀行下一零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施,有助于推動(dòng)ZX銀行零售銀行業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展,提高在零售你行業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的競爭能力和市場份額,并為我國消費(fèi)金融的發(fā)展提供有益研究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economic construction, the standard of living of the residents has improved significantly, the social wealth has been continuously growing, and the requirements of the residents for wealth management, value-added storage, investment and financial management are becoming more and more urgent. This provides broad space and prospect for the retail business development of Chinese banks. At the same time, judging from the experience of the development of international advanced banks, the development of retail business is also an indispensable and important sector for successful banks to operate in a sustainable, healthy and sound manner. Since the 1970s, international large banks have generally accelerated the pace of the development of retail banking business. In recent years, retail banking business has become the main source of their profits, such as Citibank, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and other advanced banks in countries. Its retail profits account for more than 50 percent. On the other hand, from the development of our banking industry, retail banking is also an inevitable choice for the transformation and adjustment. After the subprime mortgage storm and the financial crisis, the introduction of the New Basel Accord and the implementation of the New deal on Capital in China. The capital supervision of the banks is more strict and has a far-reaching impact on the management of the banks. The development model of the banks relying on simple scale growth and credit to obtain benefits has become unsustainable, so the transformation and deepening of management have become the inevitable way out. Retail banking business will become a necessary place for all commercial banks in China, so doing well the joint-stock commercial retail banking business has become an important step in its strategic transformation. On the basis of reading a great deal of information and books about the development of retail banking business at home and abroad, the author adopts the methods of literature research, qualitative research and quantitative analysis. This paper analyzes the present situation of domestic and international banking retail business, analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by commercial banks in developing retail banking business in China, and puts forward the necessity for banks to develop retail banking business. At the same time, it analyzes the development of the retail banking business of ZX Bank, the problems faced in the development of the retail banking business, and puts forward the strategies and countermeasures for the development of the retail banking business. This will contribute to the implementation of ZX Bank's next retail banking business strategy, to promote the development of ZX Bank's retail banking business and to enhance its competitiveness and market share in the retail banking sector. And for the development of consumer finance in China to provide useful research.
