【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)行業(yè)深入發(fā)展,個(gè)人網(wǎng)上銀行迅速普及,在線網(wǎng)上支付已經(jīng)成為平時(shí)生活的一部分,虛擬網(wǎng)絡(luò)生活的占比正在不斷的擴(kuò)大。但相比個(gè)人網(wǎng)上銀行的擴(kuò)張迅速,其用戶體驗(yàn)卻一直沒(méi)有很大的提升,所以本文通過(guò)可用性評(píng)估中的認(rèn)知走查方法,走查了我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)使用率最高的工商、建設(shè)、農(nóng)業(yè)、招商、中國(guó)銀行、交通銀行等六家銀行的個(gè)人網(wǎng)上銀行,尋找他們存在的可用性問(wèn)題,并將問(wèn)題匯總,挖掘各銀行可用性問(wèn)題間具有共性的內(nèi)容,努力形成國(guó)內(nèi)個(gè)人網(wǎng)上銀行的可用性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 本文研究以用戶最常用的六個(gè)網(wǎng)上銀行功能為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)測(cè)試腳本。這六個(gè)功能分別是：登錄個(gè)人網(wǎng)銀、支付繳費(fèi)、轉(zhuǎn)賬匯款、賬戶管理、投資理財(cái)以及信用卡還款。根據(jù)基本可用性原則完成測(cè)試腳本,匯總六家網(wǎng)銀的可用性問(wèn)題,提取問(wèn)題間的共同點(diǎn),從而形成國(guó)內(nèi)個(gè)人網(wǎng)上銀行的可用性原則——控件的使用；文字信息的使用；詢問(wèn)適當(dāng)?shù)膯?wèn)題；合適的交互流程；反饋與及時(shí)提示；視覺(jué)設(shè)計(jì)。以上六條可用性原則可以作為現(xiàn)有個(gè)人網(wǎng)上銀行用戶體驗(yàn)改版的指導(dǎo)原則。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the in-depth development of the Internet industry, personal online banking is rapidly popularizing, online payment has become a part of ordinary life, the proportion of virtual network life is constantly expanding. However, compared with the rapid expansion of personal online banking, its user experience has not been greatly improved. Therefore, through the cognitive inspection method in usability assessment, this paper examines the industry and commerce, construction, agriculture, and investment, which have the highest utilization rate in China. Bank of China, Bank of Communications and other six banks' personal online banking, looking for their usability problems, and summarizing the problems, excavating the common content among the usability problems of each bank, Strive to form a domestic personal online banking usability standards. Based on the six most commonly used online banking functions, this paper designs a test script. The six functions are: login, payment, transfer, account management, investment and finance, and credit card repayment. According to the basic usability principle, the test script is completed, the usability problems of the six net banks are summarized, the common points among the problems are extracted, and the usability principle of the domestic personal online bank, the use of the control, the use of the text information, and the use of the text information are formed. Ask appropriate questions; appropriate interaction processes; feedback and prompt tips; visual design. The above six usability principles can be used to guide the revision of personal online banking user experience.
