【摘要】：當(dāng)前美國(guó)迫不及待向全球輸出通貨膨脹和政治動(dòng)蕩,甚至不惜拋棄同美國(guó)長(zhǎng)期合作的中東國(guó)家親美戰(zhàn)略盟友,是由于美國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)正再次面臨虛擬金融經(jīng)濟(jì)泡沫破裂前夕的危急形勢(shì)。美國(guó)不會(huì)容忍給其帶來(lái)巨大利益的美元霸權(quán)走向衰落,為了轉(zhuǎn)嫁危機(jī)并維護(hù)美元霸權(quán)竭力制造國(guó)際局勢(shì)動(dòng)蕩。美國(guó)深知新自由主義政策必然帶來(lái)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問(wèn)題,早就著手接觸、培育反對(duì)派為政權(quán)更迭作準(zhǔn)備,以便扶植更加親美的傀儡政權(quán)上臺(tái)謀求更大利益。埃及、突尼斯遵照美國(guó)建議推行的一系列政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)改革,加劇了貧富分化、社會(huì)矛盾并為美國(guó)干涉內(nèi)政創(chuàng)造了條件。埃及、突尼斯取消政府價(jià)格補(bǔ)貼并實(shí)現(xiàn)與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)接軌,促使國(guó)際金融資本投機(jī)炒作農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、能源價(jià)格暴漲,毫無(wú)阻礙地傳遞到國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)對(duì)民眾生活產(chǎn)生巨大沖擊,為美國(guó)輸出通貨膨脹和政治動(dòng)蕩創(chuàng)造了條件。
[Abstract]:At present, the United States is eager to export inflation and political turmoil to the world, and even to abandon the pro-American strategic allies of the Middle East countries that have been cooperating with the United States for a long time. It is because the U.S. economy is once again facing a critical situation on the eve of a virtual financial bubble burst. The United States will not tolerate the decline of the dollar hegemony, which brings enormous benefits to it, and will try to create international turbulence in order to shift the crisis and maintain the hegemony of the dollar. Fully aware that neoliberal policies will inevitably bring serious social problems, the United States has long begun contacts to cultivate the opposition to prepare for regime change so as to foster a more pro-American puppet regime to come to power and seek greater interests. A series of political and economic reforms carried out by Egypt and Tunisia in compliance with the United States' recommendations have aggravated the polarization between the rich and the poor, social conflicts and created conditions for American interference in internal affairs. Egypt and Tunisia have abolished government price subsidies and brought them into line with the international market, prompting international financial capital to speculate on agricultural products and soaring energy prices, which have unhindered transmission to the domestic market and have a huge impact on people's lives. Conditions have been created for the United States to export inflation and political instability.
