【摘要】：正一、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局變遷引發(fā)匯率問(wèn)題匯率是貨幣間的比價(jià),決定著一國(guó)的商品與服務(wù)在國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,不僅影響著國(guó)際間的貿(mào)易與資本流動(dòng),而且也影響著一國(guó)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和就從世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展史看,匯率問(wèn)題在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局發(fā)生變遷時(shí)成為焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。當(dāng)前人民幣匯率問(wèn)題高度政治化與中國(guó)的崛起密不可分。隨著中國(guó)綜合實(shí)力不斷夯實(shí),人民幣匯率問(wèn)題在未來(lái)相當(dāng)長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間內(nèi),仍將是中美之間繞不開(kāi)的敏感話題。對(duì)此,我們應(yīng)保持清醒認(rèn)識(shí),高度重視平衡維護(hù)經(jīng)濟(jì)主權(quán)與承擔(dān)國(guó)際責(zé)任的關(guān)系,按照主動(dòng)性、可控性和漸進(jìn)性原則推進(jìn)匯率形成機(jī)制改革,并以此為契機(jī),努力為人民幣國(guó)際化鋪平道路。
[Abstract]:First, the exchange rate caused by the change of the world economic pattern is the ratio of currencies, which determines the competitive advantage of a country's goods and services in the international market. Under the background of economic globalization, it not only affects the international trade and capital flow, It also affects a country's industrial structure and from the development history of world economy, the exchange rate becomes the focal point when the world economic pattern changes. The current highly politicized RMB exchange rate issue is inextricably linked to the rise of China. With the consolidation of China's overall strength, the issue of the yuan's exchange rate will remain a sensitive issue between China and the United States for a long time to come. In this regard, we should maintain a sober understanding, attach great importance to the balance between safeguarding economic sovereignty and assuming international responsibilities, and promote the reform of the exchange rate formation mechanism in accordance with the principles of initiative, controllability, and progressiveness, and take this opportunity as an opportunity. Efforts to pave the way for the internationalization of the renminbi.
