【摘要】：西部經(jīng)濟(jì)要快速發(fā)展,需大量引進(jìn)外商直接投資來彌補(bǔ)資金缺口,以獲得發(fā)展的持久動(dòng)力。改革開放三十多年來,西部通過利用外商直接投資,引進(jìn)了具有世界先進(jìn)水平的技術(shù)、設(shè)備和管理,加快了企業(yè)的技術(shù)革新和改造,促進(jìn)了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)。但是與其他地區(qū)相比,西部利用外商直接投資還存在規(guī)模偏小、質(zhì)量不高、結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、經(jīng)營效益低、方式單一等問題。當(dāng)前,面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和社會(huì)信息化帶來的機(jī)遇,西部應(yīng)充分利用資源優(yōu)勢(shì),進(jìn)一步改善投資環(huán)境,不斷提升城市化水平,開發(fā)旅游資源,建立和完善政策法規(guī),以便更有效地吸引外商直接投資。
[Abstract]:For the rapid development of the western economy, it is necessary to introduce a large amount of foreign direct investment (FDI) to make up for the fund gap and to obtain the lasting motive force for the development. Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, the western region, through the use of foreign direct investment, has introduced technology, equipment and management with the world's advanced level, accelerated the technological innovation and transformation of enterprises, and promoted economic development and upgrading of industrial structure. However, compared with other regions, there are still some problems in the utilization of foreign direct investment in western China, such as small scale, low quality, unreasonable structure, low operating efficiency and single mode. At present, in the face of the opportunities brought by economic globalization and social informatization, the western region should make full use of the advantages of resources, further improve the investment environment, continuously improve the level of urbanization, develop tourism resources, and establish and perfect policies and regulations. In order to attract foreign direct investment more effectively.
