【摘要】：證券公司的三大核心業(yè)務(wù),一是證券經(jīng)紀業(yè)務(wù),二是資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù),三是投資銀行業(yè)務(wù)。這三大核心業(yè)務(wù)對證券公司主營業(yè)務(wù)收入貢獻很大。 國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者針對證券公司變革的問題提出了許多創(chuàng)新性的見解,這些見解主要局限在證券公司證券經(jīng)紀業(yè)務(wù)盈利模式的創(chuàng)新。作者從流程再造的角度,用比較的方法,分析了證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)流程,發(fā)現(xiàn)證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)存在資源重復(fù)配置以及運營效率不高的問題。為了解決這些問題,作者將流程再造理論運用到證券公司經(jīng)營運作中去,提出了證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的想法。 本文首先說明研究的背景,意義和目的。將國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的研究現(xiàn)狀進行概括說明,旨在在國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究的基礎(chǔ)上進行本文的研究探討。接著闡述了證券市場發(fā)展狀況,定義了證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)并闡述了證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展狀況。 然后,作者重點分析了W證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)流程。將這三大核心業(yè)務(wù)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)流程進行對比。在比較后,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)W證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)存在資源重復(fù)配置和運營效率不高的問題,同時說明W證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的必要性。接著,作者為了解決這個問題,提出了W證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的想法。 最后,作者闡述了W證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)流程再造的預(yù)期效果并說明保障W證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)流程順利再造的措施。 作者在W證券公司工作實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)w證券公司三大核心業(yè)務(wù)存在資源重復(fù)配置和運營效率不高的問題。作者從流程再造的角度分析了現(xiàn)存的這些問題,希望對W證券公司今后發(fā)展提供一些理論性幫助。
[Abstract]:The three core businesses of securities companies are securities brokerage, asset management and investment banking. These three core businesses contribute a lot to the main business income of the securities companies. Experts and scholars at home and abroad have put forward many innovative opinions on the reform of securities companies, which are mainly confined to the innovation of profit mode of securities brokerage business. From the point of view of process reengineering, the author analyzes the organizational structure and business process of the three core businesses of securities companies by means of comparative analysis. It is found that the three core businesses of securities companies have the problems of repeated allocation of resources and low operational efficiency. In order to solve these problems, the author applies the theory of process reengineering to the management and operation of securities companies, and puts forward the idea of three core business process reengineering of securities companies. This paper first explains the background, significance and purpose of the study. The present situation of scholars at home and abroad is summarized and discussed in this paper based on the research of scholars at home and abroad. Then the paper expounds the development of securities market, defines the three core businesses of securities companies and expounds the development of three core businesses of securities companies. Then, the author analyzes the organization structure and business process of three core business of W Securities Company. Compare the organizational structure and business process of these three core businesses. After comparison, the author finds that the three core businesses of W Securities Company have the problems of repeated allocation of resources and low operational efficiency, and explains the necessity of the reengineering of the three core business processes of W Securities Company. Then, in order to solve this problem, the author puts forward the idea of three core business process reengineering of W Securities Company. Finally, the author expounds the expected effect of the three core business process reengineering of W Securities Company and explains the measures to ensure the smooth reengineering of the three core business processes of W Securities Company. Based on the working practice of W Securities Company, the author finds that the three core businesses of W Securities Company have the problems of repeated allocation of resources and inefficiency of operation. The author analyzes these problems from the point of view of process reengineering and hopes to provide some theoretical help for the future development of W Securities Company.
