【摘要】：自2005年人民幣匯改后,在人民幣升值預期和國內(nèi)外利差的雙重影響下外匯占款規(guī)�？焖僭鲩L。外匯占款規(guī)模的快速增長所導致的基礎貨幣被動投放,對央行貨幣政策的施行效果造成了的影響。本文通過拋補平價說和蒙代爾—弗萊明模型從理論上對造成這種情況的原因進行了說明,并通過建立對數(shù)模型對不同時期外匯占款對貨幣供應量的影響進行分析。結(jié)果表明,外匯占款的變動對貨幣供應量的變動存在著明顯的影響。為了降低其影響,建議央行加快利率市場化改革,加大人民幣匯率的浮動區(qū)間和加速人民幣國際化的進程。
[Abstract]:Since the reform of RMB exchange rate in 2005, the scale of foreign exchange has increased rapidly under the influence of the expectation of RMB appreciation and the spread of interest rate at home and abroad. The passive placement of the base currency caused by the rapid growth of the scale of foreign exchange accounts for the effect of the monetary policy of the central bank. In this paper, the reasons for this situation are theoretically explained by the theory of subsidy parity and the Mondal-Fleming model, and the influence of foreign exchange occupation on money supply in different periods is analyzed by establishing logarithmic model. The result shows that the change of foreign exchange account has obvious influence on the change of money supply. In order to reduce its influence, the central bank should speed up the reform of interest rate marketization, enlarge the floating range of RMB exchange rate and accelerate the process of RMB internationalization.
