【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟全球化不斷深入,物流業(yè)作為一個集合物流、信息流和資金流的復(fù)合型產(chǎn)業(yè)快速成長,戰(zhàn)略地位不斷提高,并成為促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的重要因素。然而,受各種因素的制約,一方面物流企業(yè)不能為更多的處于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游的中小融資企業(yè)提供綜合化、專業(yè)化的配套物流服務(wù),另一方在面向現(xiàn)代物流發(fā)展的過程中也存在物流技術(shù)落后、資源配置失衡的狀況,從而影響物流業(yè)的資金使用效率。在“第三方物流”更廣泛地參與到傳統(tǒng)物流的大環(huán)境下,金融業(yè)作為我國經(jīng)濟的核心產(chǎn)業(yè),不僅為物流業(yè)提供了強大的資金保障,同時更延伸了物流業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條,擴展了物流業(yè)參與經(jīng)濟活動的范圍,在深化自身與物流業(yè)融合的同時,催生出依附于物流業(yè)的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)“物流金融”。 文章最大的特色就是結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的角度研究物流金融。首先分析了物流業(yè)和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的相互作用機制,在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的生命周期和結(jié)構(gòu)類型下研究了物流業(yè)的活動特點和發(fā)展規(guī)律,也是本文研究物流金融需求和創(chuàng)新的出發(fā)點。其次,通過分析物流金融產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)的需求,結(jié)合物流業(yè)在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈不同階段和結(jié)構(gòu)模式中發(fā)揮的作用,歸納出物流金融需求的特征,在物流金融供給的現(xiàn)實指導(dǎo)下為物流金融創(chuàng)新提供創(chuàng)新思路和方向,從而設(shè)計出物流金融創(chuàng)新的組織、制度、產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)和風(fēng)險防范路徑。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, the logistics industry as a collection of logistics, information flow and capital flow of the complex industry has grown rapidly, strategic status has been improved, and become an important factor to promote economic development. However, restricted by various factors, on the one hand, logistics enterprises can not provide integrated and specialized logistics services for more small and medium-sized financing enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. In the process of facing the development of modern logistics, the other side also has the situation of backward logistics technology and unbalanced allocation of resources, which affects the efficiency of capital utilization in logistics industry. Under the environment of "third party logistics" participating in traditional logistics more extensively, the financial industry, as the core industry of our country's economy, not only provides a strong financial guarantee for the logistics industry, but also extends the industrial chain of the logistics industry. It expands the scope of the logistics industry to participate in economic activities, while deepening its integration with the logistics industry, at the same time, it gives birth to a new industry, "logistics finance", which is dependent on the logistics industry. The biggest characteristic of this article is to study logistics finance from the angle of industrial chain. Firstly, this paper analyzes the interaction mechanism between logistics industry and industry chain, and studies the characteristics and development law of logistics industry under the life cycle and structure type of industry chain, which is the starting point of this paper to study logistics financial demand and innovation. Secondly, by analyzing the demand of logistics financial products and services and combining the role of logistics industry in different stages and structural models of industrial chain, the characteristics of logistics financial demand are summed up. Under the guidance of the supply of logistics finance, this paper provides innovative ideas and directions for the innovation of logistics finance, and designs the organization, system, product, service and risk prevention path of the innovation of logistics finance.
