【摘要】:正確認(rèn)識(shí)中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的重要性和采取哪些發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)的有效措施是當(dāng)前包括中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行在內(nèi)的我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行函待解決的問題。近年來,我國(guó)利率市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程不斷推進(jìn),信貸政策不斷收緊,資本監(jiān)管日趨嚴(yán)格。中國(guó)商業(yè)銀行的傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)的獲利空間不斷被壓縮,,商業(yè)銀行的業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型已迫在眉睫,中間業(yè)務(wù)以其風(fēng)險(xiǎn)小、收益高、創(chuàng)新潛力大等特點(diǎn),成為銀行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的新領(lǐng)域。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)利潤(rùn)最大化的經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo),銀行業(yè)漸漸把經(jīng)營(yíng)重心轉(zhuǎn)移到了更具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ闹虚g業(yè)務(wù)上來。中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行也不例外,雖然從2010年7月上市以來農(nóng)行的中間業(yè)務(wù)得到了迅速發(fā)展,但較之一些國(guó)內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行和西方商業(yè)銀行還有一定的差距。 本文以國(guó)有四大商業(yè)銀行之一的中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行作為主要研究對(duì)象,在中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的理論背景下,以銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)的含義和種類及其特點(diǎn)為理論依據(jù),分析當(dāng)前中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行在發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)存在的問題,雖然近兩年發(fā)展迅速,但中間業(yè)務(wù)占經(jīng)營(yíng)收入的占比仍顯不足,存在中間業(yè)務(wù)品種少,發(fā)展速度不均衡;中間業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)水平不高;專業(yè)人才及科技支撐力度不夠;產(chǎn)品定價(jià)流程不靈活等亟需解決的問題,之后從影響中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的因素來著手,尋找適合中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展其中間業(yè)務(wù)策略,本文從六方面對(duì)影響農(nóng)業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行理論分析,包括經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、農(nóng)業(yè)銀行客戶儲(chǔ)蓄水平、農(nóng)業(yè)銀行的資產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模、農(nóng)業(yè)銀行的資產(chǎn)利用效果、農(nóng)業(yè)銀行的資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)比例和金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)的政策,并根據(jù)這六方面因素進(jìn)行參數(shù)選擇,建立多元回歸計(jì)量模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,輸出結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)業(yè)銀行中間業(yè)務(wù)收入與其經(jīng)營(yíng)資產(chǎn)規(guī)模(總資產(chǎn)對(duì)數(shù))和客戶儲(chǔ)蓄水平(存款總資產(chǎn)占比)成顯著的正相關(guān)關(guān)系,與資產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)比例(貸款總資產(chǎn)占比)成負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,與資產(chǎn)收益率ROA及GDP的關(guān)系不顯著,金融監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)中間業(yè)務(wù)的政策越寬松越利于中間業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。之后,借鑒西方發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn);借鑒國(guó)有其它銀行在發(fā)展中間業(yè)務(wù)方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了中國(guó)銀行發(fā)展其中間業(yè)務(wù)可行性對(duì)策及建議,首先提出一些基本經(jīng)營(yíng)理念的轉(zhuǎn)變,之后又提出一些基本的發(fā)展策略,包括:重視中間業(yè)務(wù)技術(shù)的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用、完善人才培訓(xùn)及培養(yǎng)機(jī)制、完善定價(jià)管理、樹立現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷觀念。
[Abstract]:To correctly understand the importance of the development of intermediate business and what effective measures should be taken to develop intermediate business are the problems to be solved by the commercial banks in China including the Agricultural Bank of China at present. In recent years, China's interest rate marketization process continues to advance, credit policies continue to tighten, capital supervision is becoming more and more stringent. The profit space of the traditional business of the Chinese commercial bank is being compressed continuously, the business transformation of the commercial bank is already imminent, the intermediate business becomes the new field of the banking competition because of its characteristics of small risk, high profit, great innovation potential and so on. In order to achieve the goal of profit maximization, the banking industry has gradually shifted its focus to more potential intermediary business. The Agricultural Bank of China is no exception, although Agricultural Bank of China's intermediary business has developed rapidly since it went public in July 2010. However, there is still a certain gap between some domestic commercial banks and western commercial banks. This paper takes the Agricultural Bank of China, one of the four state-owned commercial banks, as the main research object, under the theoretical background of the development of intermediate business. Based on the theoretical basis of the definition, types and characteristics of the intermediate business of the bank, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of the intermediate business of the Agricultural Bank of China at present. Although it has developed rapidly in the past two years, the proportion of the intermediate business in the operating income is still insufficient. There are some problems that need to be solved, such as few kinds of intermediate business, uneven development speed, low technical level of intermediate business, insufficient support for professionals and science and technology, inflexible pricing process of products, etc. Then from the impact of the development of agricultural bank of China intermediary business factors to start to find suitable for agricultural bank of China intermediary business development of its intermediary business strategy, this paper from six aspects of the impact of agricultural bank intermediate business development factors theoretical analysis. Including the level of economic development, the level of customer savings of the Agricultural Bank of China, the scale of the assets of the Bank of Agriculture, the effect of the utilization of the assets of the Bank of Agriculture, the proportion of the assets structure of the Bank of Agriculture and the policies of the financial regulators on the intermediary business, And according to these six factors to select the parameters, the establishment of multiple regression econometric model for empirical analysis, The output results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the intermediate business income of Agricultural Bank and the scale of assets (logarithm of total assets) and the level of customer savings (the proportion of total assets in deposits). The relationship between ROA and GDP is not significant. The looser the policy on intermediary business is, the more favorable it is to the development of intermediate business. After that, we draw lessons from the experience of western developed countries in developing intermediate business, and draw lessons from the experience of other state-owned banks in developing intermediate business, and then put forward the feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the Bank of China to develop its intermediate business. First of all, the paper puts forward some changes of basic management concepts, and then puts forward some basic development strategies, including: attaching importance to the development and application of intermediate business technology, perfecting personnel training and training mechanism, and perfecting pricing management. Set up modern marketing concept.
