【摘要】：隨著中國加入WTO，銀行業(yè)的競爭越來越激烈，商業(yè)銀行主要獲益渠道之一：物理網(wǎng)點(diǎn)，他的重要性也越來越受到關(guān)注。但由于種種復(fù)雜的歷史原因，商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)無論是布局的合理性還是功能定位的準(zhǔn)確性，都與現(xiàn)實(shí)市場需求形成了一定的違背。如，網(wǎng)點(diǎn)建設(shè)的重復(fù)性問題等。如何從影響網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的影響因素分析著手，設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)，為商業(yè)銀行提供可以量化的數(shù)據(jù)支持，是研究的主要內(nèi)容。針對問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn)，對問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了調(diào)研分析，系統(tǒng)需求分析，完成問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)，并結(jié)合A銀行的實(shí)際情況對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試和結(jié)果分析。系統(tǒng)為商業(yè)銀行實(shí)施網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局提供較完整的數(shù)據(jù)支持。研究工作主要有以下幾個(gè)方面： 1．面向銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局分析的問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)調(diào)研分析。主要研究了銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的理論基礎(chǔ)，Web問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)的概論。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局分析問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)的概要設(shè)計(jì)及相應(yīng)的需求分析，首先對網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的設(shè)立原則分析和歸納，之后根據(jù)原則要求對影響網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的影響因素進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析，，最后論述了面向銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局分析問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)的需求分析。 2.面向銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局分析問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)的總體思路是把影響商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的影響因素以問卷形式進(jìn)行量化，根據(jù)需求分析的結(jié)果，從系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)原則、系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)、功能模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)庫等方面入手進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。 3．面向銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局分析問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)及驗(yàn)證。采用問卷的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)了問卷生成、問卷發(fā)布以及數(shù)據(jù)分析等功能模塊。并通過嘉興市A銀行的網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局實(shí)際情況對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。驗(yàn)證了面向銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局分析問卷調(diào)查系統(tǒng)具有調(diào)查自動(dòng)化，測試執(zhí)行速度快，測試成本低廉等特點(diǎn)。 該模式在對嘉興市A銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局的實(shí)現(xiàn)研究中，基本與該模式分析的結(jié)論一致，為今后在網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局方面的研究提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)。系統(tǒng)投入實(shí)際應(yīng)用，能夠使得銀行的資源被最大限度的利用，同時(shí)創(chuàng)造出巨大經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。而且，系統(tǒng)對一些連鎖店的選址同樣適用。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into the WTO, the competition in the banking sector is becoming more and more fierce, and the importance of the commercial banks as one of the main sources of gain: physical network is becoming more and more important. However, due to various complicated historical reasons, both the rationality of the layout and the accuracy of the functional positioning of commercial bank outlets are contrary to the actual market demand. For example, the repeatability of network construction and so on. It is the main content of the research that how to analyze the influencing factors of the distribution of the network, design and implement the questionnaire system, and provide the quantitative data support for the commercial banks. According to the characteristics of the questionnaire survey system, the questionnaire system is investigated and analyzed, the system needs analysis, the design and implementation of the questionnaire survey system is completed, and the system is tested and the results are analyzed according to the actual situation of Bank A. The system provides complete data support for commercial banks to implement network layout. The research work mainly includes the following aspects: 1. A questionnaire survey system for bank network layout analysis. This paper mainly studies the theoretical basis of bank network layout and the introduction of Web questionnaire system. On the basis of the above analysis, the summary design of the questionnaire system and the corresponding demand analysis are analyzed. Firstly, the establishment principle of the network layout is analyzed and summarized. Then, according to the principle requirements, the paper analyzes the influence factors of network layout in detail, and finally discusses the demand analysis of the questionnaire system for bank network layout analysis. 2. The system design of questionnaire system for bank network layout analysis. The general idea of the questionnaire survey system is to quantify the factors that affect the layout of commercial bank outlets, according to the results of demand analysis, from the system design principles, the overall design of the system. Function module and database and other aspects of the system design. 3. The realization and verification of the questionnaire system for bank network layout analysis. The function modules of questionnaire generation, questionnaire publishing and data analysis are implemented in the form of questionnaire. It is verified that the questionnaire system for bank network layout analysis has the characteristics of automatic investigation, fast test execution, low test cost, etc. This model is used in the realization of the layout of Bank A in Jiaxing City. It is basically consistent with the conclusion of the model analysis, and provides experience for future research on the distribution of branches. The system is put into practical application, which can make the bank's resources be used to the maximum extent and create huge economic benefits at the same time. Moreover, the system also applies to the location of some chain stores.
