江蘇銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)競爭力提升策略研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展、金融體制改革的不斷深入和居民收入的不斷增加,居民對銀行金融服務(wù)的需求也日趨多元化,商業(yè)銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)進入了快速發(fā)展階段。伴隨著電子信息技術(shù)在商業(yè)銀行中的廣泛應(yīng)用,商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)具有良好的機遇和巨大的發(fā)展空間。相對于傳統(tǒng)的銀行業(yè)務(wù),銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)因其在發(fā)展過程中具有風險分散、資本消耗低、客戶穩(wěn)定性強、市場空間廣闊等眾多獨特優(yōu)勢,已 本文通過梳理國內(nèi)外學者對銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)的理論研究成果,概括了銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)的概念、內(nèi)涵、種類、特點、產(chǎn)生基礎(chǔ)以及發(fā)展趨勢,,分析銀行零售業(yè)務(wù)在商業(yè)銀行利潤創(chuàng)造過程中的地位,探討商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)對商業(yè)銀行資產(chǎn)流動性、風險大小、盈利模式等方面的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合江蘇銀行的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,對江蘇銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)進行了SWOT分析,探討江蘇銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn),并從我國商業(yè)銀行體制、金融監(jiān)管體制、市場結(jié)構(gòu)和法律法規(guī)等多個方面分析江蘇銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)的困難和障礙。針對江蘇銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀分析和SWOT分析的結(jié)果,借鑒國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗教訓,從SO策略分析、WO策略分析、ST策略分析以及WT策略分析四個角度對江蘇銀行提升零售業(yè)務(wù)競爭力的策略進行了設(shè)計。進而提出具體實施措施從而為江蘇銀行發(fā)展零售業(yè)務(wù),提升零售業(yè)務(wù)競爭力提供了工作思路和針對性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the deepening of financial system reform and the increasing of residents' income, the demand for banking financial services is becoming more and more diversified, and the retail business of commercial banks has entered a stage of rapid development. With the wide application of electronic information technology in commercial banks, commercial banks have a good opportunity and huge development space to develop retail business. Compared with the traditional banking business, banking retail business has many unique advantages, such as dispersed risk, low capital consumption, strong customer stability, broad market space and so on. This paper has summarized the concept, connotation, category, characteristics, foundation and development trend of the banking retail business by combing the theoretical research results of the domestic and foreign scholars on the development of the retail business. This paper analyzes the position of bank retail business in the process of commercial bank profit creation, and probes into the influence of the development of commercial bank retail business on commercial bank asset liquidity, risk size, profit model and so on. On this basis, this paper analyzes the development of retail business of Jiangsu Bank by SWOT, and discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of retail business of Jiangsu Bank, combined with the current development situation and internal and external environment of Jiangsu Bank. It also analyzes the difficulties and obstacles of Jiangsu Bank in developing retail business from the aspects of commercial bank system, financial supervision system, market structure and laws and regulations. Based on the analysis of the present situation of Jiangsu Bank's retail business development and the result of SWOT analysis, this paper draws lessons from the domestic and foreign commercial banks' experience in the development of retail business. This paper designs the strategies of Jiangsu Bank to enhance the competitiveness of retail business from four angles: so strategy analysis, WO strategy analysis, St strategy analysis and WT strategy analysis. Furthermore, the concrete implementation measures are put forward so as to provide the working train of thought and targeted policy recommendations for Jiangsu Bank to develop retail business and enhance the competitiveness of retail business.
