【摘要】：發(fā)展新型農(nóng)村合作金融組織,是2014年中央一號文件提出的鮮明的政策主張。我們應(yīng)充分認(rèn)識發(fā)展新型農(nóng)村合作金融組織的緊迫性,積極消除新型農(nóng)村合作金融組織的發(fā)展障礙,采取有力措施推進(jìn)新型農(nóng)村合作金融組織健康發(fā)展。為此,應(yīng)在以下幾個方面作出努力:認(rèn)真貫徹落實2014年中央一號文件精神,把發(fā)展新型農(nóng)村合作金融組織落在實處;積極拓展資金來源,促進(jìn)農(nóng)村合作金融發(fā)展壯大;結(jié)合農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟特點,多渠道培養(yǎng)基層金融人才;建立健全運行機制,確保農(nóng)村合作金融組織健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of new rural cooperative financial organizations is a clear policy proposal put forward by the first document of the Central Committee in 2014. We should fully understand the urgency of developing the new rural cooperative financial organization, actively eliminate the obstacles to the development of the new rural cooperative financial organization, and take effective measures to promote the healthy development of the new rural cooperative financial organization. Therefore, we should make efforts in the following aspects: conscientiously implement the spirit of the first document of the Central Committee in 2014, put the development of new rural cooperative financial organizations into practice, actively expand the sources of funds, and promote the development and growth of rural cooperative finance; Combining with the characteristics of rural economy, we should train financial talents at the grass-roots level through many channels, establish and improve the operating mechanism, and ensure the healthy development of rural cooperative financial organizations.
