【摘要】:金融設(shè)施網(wǎng)點(diǎn)作為銀行為客戶提供金融服務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,其選址是否合理關(guān)系到銀行的經(jīng)營效益和競爭力,同樣影響到金融行業(yè)區(qū)域投資成本和管理服務(wù)效率?紤]到金融設(shè)施選址作為服務(wù)行業(yè)有其自身的特征和規(guī)律,鑒于商業(yè)銀行的金融產(chǎn)品具有提供與分配的同時(shí)性,一般都直接面對客戶,且產(chǎn)品在交易過程中往往面對的顧客是多類型的,同時(shí)需求也是多元化的,這需要銀行以顧客滿意、服務(wù)質(zhì)量和服務(wù)效率作為企業(yè)追求的重要目標(biāo)。本文在考慮設(shè)施選址這一戰(zhàn)略層決策的同時(shí),結(jié)合設(shè)施選址過程中存在的以上因素進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)合排隊(duì)理論和選址理論,研究了不同情形下的銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的設(shè)施選址問題,考慮不同的應(yīng)用背景分別建立了各自不同的數(shù)學(xué)優(yōu)化模型,并設(shè)計(jì)多種啟發(fā)式算法和模擬隨機(jī)算例對問題進(jìn)行了求解和驗(yàn)證。 論文首先給出了銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)設(shè)施選址研究的意義及目的,依據(jù)目前的研究提出了本文要研究的問題和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),給出了銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)設(shè)施選址問題的主要研究內(nèi)容,并對研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行評述。 其次,研究了多類型設(shè)施和多類型顧客需求的銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選址問題。在競爭激烈的市場中,銀行業(yè)需要從多層次多類型設(shè)施的角度進(jìn)行合理選址,以滿足多樣化的顧客需求。本文首先結(jié)合銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選址自身的特點(diǎn),從多類型設(shè)施的角度建立了不同層級的設(shè)施選址模型,以滿足顧客需求的前提下尋求服務(wù)效率的最大化,并通過遺傳算法進(jìn)行了求解;其次結(jié)合排隊(duì)論和覆蓋理論,研究了多類型顧客需求的選址問題,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,目標(biāo)函數(shù)是追求期望覆蓋需求的利潤最大化,通過鄰域搜索和遺傳算法對模型進(jìn)行了求解,并借助小規(guī)模算例對算法的有效性進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn)。 第三,研究了基于合作競爭的覆蓋選址問題。目前大多已有的選址模型在考慮市場競爭的時(shí)候都假設(shè)為在純競爭的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行的,且其基于覆蓋問題的競爭多借助Huff重力模型和空間互作用模型,使得市場份額的劃分在實(shí)際情形中并非完全適用。本文以覆蓋問題為基礎(chǔ),研究了銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)選址中存在合作競爭條件下的集覆蓋問題和最大覆蓋問題,從市場占有和利潤共享的角度出發(fā),分別探討了完全競爭、部分競爭及完全合作情形下銀行的決策結(jié)果,建立模型并進(jìn)行求解,對不同情形下企業(yè)的利潤與成本作了對比分析。 第四,研究了自助銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的設(shè)施選址與設(shè)計(jì)問題。為滿足消費(fèi)者需求的多樣化,網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的功能性選址往往除了分中心、支行、營業(yè)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)外,還增加了便利的自助服務(wù)設(shè)施。本文首先通過對服務(wù)效率函數(shù)的構(gòu)造,對傳統(tǒng)中位問題進(jìn)行了拓展。同時(shí)本章考慮了競爭環(huán)境下銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的選址,通過引入影響網(wǎng)點(diǎn)品質(zhì)吸引力的效用函數(shù)和空間交互模型,建立了競爭環(huán)境下銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)的截流選址,并借助銀行網(wǎng)點(diǎn)服務(wù)臺(tái)數(shù)量的分配對模型進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),最后通過貪婪算法對模型進(jìn)行求解,將實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與精確法進(jìn)行比對,驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性。 最后,總結(jié)全文,并對下一步的研究內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of queuing theory and site selection , this paper analyzes the location of the facilities of the bank outlets in different situations . Considering the different application background , this paper studies the different mathematical optimization models , and designs a variety of heuristic algorithms and simulation stochastic examples to solve and validate the problem .

Firstly , the significance and the aim of the research on the location of the facilities of the bank are given . According to the current research , the problems and the innovation points to be studied are put forward , the main research contents of the site selection of the bank outlets are given , and the research status is reviewed .

Secondly , we study the location of bank outlets for multi - type facilities and multi - type customer demand . In the competitive market , the banking needs to choose from multi - level multi - type facilities rationally to meet the diversified customer demand . In this paper , based on the characteristics of the site location of the bank , the facility location model at different levels is established from the angle of the multi - type facility to maximize the efficiency of service under the premise of satisfying the customer ' s demand , and the solution is solved by genetic algorithm .
Secondly , combining the queuing theory and the coverage theory , the paper studies the location problem of the multi - type customer demand , establishes the mathematical model , the objective function is the profit maximization of seeking the expected coverage demand , the model is solved by the neighborhood search and the genetic algorithm , and the validity of the algorithm is verified by the small - scale example .

Thirdly , the problem of covering site selection based on cooperative competition is studied . Most of the existing location models are assumed to be carried out under the environment of pure competition .

Fourthly , the location and design of the facilities of self - service banks are studied . In order to satisfy the demand of consumers , the location of the functional locations of the outlets is often divided into the centers , branches and outlets , and the convenience of the self - service facilities is also added . In this chapter , the location of the bank outlets in the competitive environment is expanded . At the same time , the model is designed by introducing the utility function and the spatial interaction model which influence the quality attraction of the outlets . Finally , the model is solved by the greedy algorithm , and the results are compared with the exact method , and the validity of the algorithm is verified .

Finally , the paper summarizes the whole and looks forward to the next research content .
