商業(yè)銀行信用卡的市場現(xiàn)狀與出路

【摘要】:自1950年第一張信用卡問世后,信用卡業(yè)務(wù)因其自身所具有的強(qiáng)大的綜合功能得到了商業(yè)銀行的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注,短短幾十年來,得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。我國自2003年“信用卡元年”開始,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行的信用卡市場更是發(fā)展得如火如荼,迅猛的速度、強(qiáng)大的規(guī)模使得信用卡業(yè)務(wù)已經(jīng)成為各大商業(yè)銀行重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的核心業(yè)務(wù),信用卡市場也成為各銀行的必爭之地。但是伴隨信用卡規(guī)模的發(fā)展,開展信用卡業(yè)務(wù)的回報(bào)卻始終未令人樂觀,就目前而言,國內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行宣布信用卡業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)現(xiàn)盈利的商業(yè)銀行依然是為數(shù)不多的幾家。正是基于此,作者通過能夠查閱到的信息對(duì)近幾年國內(nèi)信用卡市場的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,通過對(duì)主要信用卡發(fā)卡行的綜合分析與比對(duì),對(duì)信用卡市場的主要指標(biāo)做了詳細(xì)的說明,對(duì)影響信用卡市場發(fā)展的重要因素亦給了重點(diǎn)關(guān)注。通過對(duì)信用卡市場現(xiàn)狀的真實(shí)分析,在對(duì)國內(nèi)信用卡市場做了良好發(fā)展前景預(yù)測的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)存在的一些不足與問題進(jìn)行了總結(jié)并給出了可行性的建議,以期能夠給予信用卡發(fā)卡機(jī)構(gòu)或使用者一些可以借鑒之處,如此,也是本篇文章價(jià)值所在。文章的框架安排如下: 首章為緒論,介紹了選題的背景、目的、意義,然后對(duì)論文的分析方法與理論框架進(jìn)行了說明,最后指出了文章的創(chuàng)新之處;第二章對(duì)信用卡的基本理論,包括基本概念、分類和功能進(jìn)行了介紹,然后介紹了有關(guān)信用卡業(yè)務(wù)的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),并對(duì)其中的部分內(nèi)容作了詳細(xì)的說明;第三章通過對(duì)信用卡市場主要指標(biāo)的詳細(xì)分析與國內(nèi)各商業(yè)銀行的綜合對(duì)比分析,對(duì)我國信用卡市場現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了具體的說明,對(duì)影響信用卡業(yè)務(wù)的主要因素給予了重點(diǎn)關(guān)注;第四章通過上一章對(duì)國內(nèi)信用卡市場現(xiàn)狀的分析說明,指出了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)信用卡市場存在的主要問題并給出了可行性建議;第五章為文章的結(jié)尾,對(duì)我國信用卡市場的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與預(yù)測,再次強(qiáng)調(diào)了對(duì)所存在問題的重點(diǎn)關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Since the first credit card came out in 1950, the credit card business has been focused on by commercial banks because of its powerful comprehensive function, and has developed rapidly in the past few decades. Since the first year of credit card in 2003, the credit card market of domestic commercial banks has developed in full swing, with the rapid speed and powerful scale, the credit card business has become the core business of the major commercial banks. The credit card market has also become a necessary place for banks. However, with the development of credit card scale, the return of credit card business has not been optimistic. At present, the domestic commercial banks that declare the credit card business to be profitable are still a few. Based on this, the author makes a detailed analysis of the current situation of the domestic credit card market in recent years through the information that can be consulted, and through the comprehensive analysis and comparison of the major credit card issuers. The main indexes of credit card market are explained in detail, and the important factors influencing the development of credit card market are also paid attention to. Based on the real analysis of the present situation of the credit card market and the forecast of the good development prospect of the domestic credit card market, this paper summarizes some shortcomings and problems and gives some feasible suggestions. In order to give credit card issuers or users some reference, so, is the value of this article. The framework of the article is as follows: The first chapter is the introduction, which introduces the background, purpose and significance of the topic, then explains the analytical methods and theoretical framework of the paper, and finally points out the innovation of the article; the second chapter introduces the basic theory of credit card, including the basic concepts. The classification and function are introduced, and then the domestic and foreign related research documents about credit card business are introduced, and some of the contents are explained in detail. The third chapter through the detailed analysis of the main indicators of the credit card market and domestic commercial banks comprehensive comparative analysis of the current situation of the credit card market in China, the main factors affecting the credit card business to focus attention; Chapter four points out the main problems existing in the domestic credit card market and gives some feasible suggestions through the analysis of the current situation of the domestic credit card market in the last chapter; the fifth chapter is the end of the article. The development of credit card market in China is summarized and forecasted.
