【摘要】:物流金融業(yè)務(wù)是融資企業(yè)、物流企業(yè)與金融企業(yè)三方共同合作的一種集成式新型服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)。物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的開(kāi)展,對(duì)于融資企業(yè)而言,可以降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn),擴(kuò)寬融資渠道,提高資金周轉(zhuǎn)率和收益,對(duì)于物流企業(yè)而言,是增強(qiáng)其市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和提高收益的有力手段,對(duì)于金融企業(yè)而言,擴(kuò)展了更多的客戶,也提高了收益?傊,物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的出現(xiàn)使物流企業(yè)、融資企業(yè)和金融服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)三方共贏,獲得了更多的收益。物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展迅速,市場(chǎng)也逐步擴(kuò)大,三方企業(yè)面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也在從各方面增加。傳統(tǒng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)平攤或者不考慮風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的收益分配方式已經(jīng)不適于快速發(fā)展的物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的需求,收益的分配不均會(huì)導(dǎo)致這種三方的合作關(guān)系的不穩(wěn)定發(fā)展甚至解除,因此,研究考慮風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)與收益的分配是急需的。 本文從物流金融的概念出發(fā),介紹了幾種物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的運(yùn)作模式,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別與評(píng)估,分析出融資企業(yè)、物流企業(yè)、金融企業(yè)在參與物流金融服務(wù)時(shí)面臨的幾種主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn):信息技術(shù)管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、人員專業(yè)素質(zhì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、財(cái)務(wù)信貸風(fēng)險(xiǎn),監(jiān)管風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)能力風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、質(zhì)押物風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等,并在借鑒相關(guān)專家研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,建立出一套信度較高的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法構(gòu)造出物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)各合作企業(yè)參與物流金融服務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),得到相應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的量化值。最后將風(fēng)險(xiǎn)量化因子加入到三方企業(yè)合作的收益分配中,運(yùn)用最大熵值法行計(jì)算,得到高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高收益的均衡配結(jié)構(gòu)。最后,本文引入實(shí)際案例對(duì)該方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,計(jì)算結(jié)果表明此方法具有較好的實(shí)際運(yùn)用效果。
[Abstract]:Logistics financial business is a kind of integrated new service business that financing enterprises, logistics enterprises and financial enterprises cooperate together. The development of logistics financial business can reduce the risk, widen the financing channel, increase the capital turnover and income for the financing enterprises. For the logistics enterprises, it is a powerful means to enhance their market competitiveness and increase the income. For financial companies, the expansion of more customers, but also increased earnings. In short, the appearance of logistics financial business makes logistics enterprises, financing enterprises and financial service organizations to achieve a win-win situation and gain more benefits. With the rapid development of logistics financial business and the expansion of market, the risks faced by tripartite enterprises are increasing from various aspects. The traditional risk-sharing or risk-free income distribution method is no longer suitable for the demand of rapidly developing logistics financial business. The uneven distribution of income will lead to the unstable development or even the dissolution of the tripartite cooperative relationship. It is urgent to consider the allocation of risk and income. Starting from the concept of logistics finance, this paper introduces several operating modes of logistics finance business, and on this basis, identifies and evaluates the risks of logistics finance business, and analyzes financing enterprises and logistics enterprises. The main risks faced by financial enterprises in participating in logistics financial services are information technology management risk, personnel professional quality risk, financial credit risk, supervision risk, management ability risk, pledge risk, etc. On the basis of using the research results of relevant experts for reference, a set of risk evaluation index system with high reliability is established, and the logistic financial risk evaluation model is constructed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The risk of participating in logistics financial service is evaluated and the quantitative value of the risk is obtained. Finally, the risk quantification factor is added to the profit distribution of the tripartite cooperation, and the maximum entropy method is used to calculate the equilibrium structure of the high risk and high income. Finally, this paper introduces a practical case to verify the method, and the calculation results show that the method has good practical application effect.
