基于EVA的中國(guó)工商銀行寧波分行績(jī)效管理研究

【摘要】:科學(xué)合理地評(píng)價(jià)商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效是正確進(jìn)行商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營(yíng)決策的重要方式與基本依據(jù)。20世紀(jì)90年代以來(lái)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)增加值(EVA)概念的提出,以EVA為核心的績(jī)效考評(píng)體系逐漸成為國(guó)際上普遍采用的公司經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效的度量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。中國(guó)工商銀行于2009年開(kāi)始把EVA作為一個(gè)先進(jìn)的管理工具引入績(jī)效管理,并建立了EVA績(jī)效考評(píng)體系,取得了積極的效果。但持續(xù)不褪的世界范圍內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī),激烈的銀行業(yè)同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等,讓我們不得不重新審視當(dāng)前績(jī)效考核體系的完善性。 本文首先在相關(guān)理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,以中國(guó)工商銀行寧波分行為主要研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其現(xiàn)行的EVA績(jī)效考評(píng)體系進(jìn)行了分析,指出了該體系的優(yōu)勢(shì)和存在的缺陷。然后,引入了RAROC、REVA和MVA等指標(biāo),對(duì)現(xiàn)行的EVA績(jī)效考評(píng)體系進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),,并提出了與之相配套的績(jī)效考核管理平臺(tái)系統(tǒng)。最后,有針對(duì)性地提出了相應(yīng)的保障措施,即:傳導(dǎo)新的EVA績(jī)效考評(píng)體系理念、完善多維度績(jī)效考評(píng)體系管理以及加快新績(jī)效考評(píng)體系相關(guān)配套制度的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The scientific and reasonable evaluation of commercial banks' business performance is an important way and basic basis for correctly carrying out business decisions of commercial banks. Since the 1990s, the concept of EVA has been put forward along with the economic added value. The performance appraisal system with EVA as the core has gradually become the standard of measurement of the company's operating performance which is widely used in the world. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China began to introduce EVA as an advanced management tool into performance management in 2009, and established the EVA performance evaluation system, which has achieved positive results. However, the persistent worldwide economic crisis and fierce interbank competition have forced us to re-examine the perfection of the current performance appraisal system. On the basis of relevant theoretical analysis, this paper analyzes the current EVA performance appraisal system of ICBC Ningbo Branch, and points out its advantages and disadvantages. Then, this paper introduces Raloc Reva and MVA, improves the current EVA performance appraisal system, and puts forward the corresponding performance appraisal management platform system. Finally, the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward, that is, transmitting the new concept of EVA performance appraisal system, perfecting the management of multi-dimensional performance appraisal system and speeding up the construction of the supporting system of the new performance appraisal system.
