【摘要】：正高收益?zhèn)瘜?duì)拓寬中小企業(yè)特別是創(chuàng)新型中小企業(yè)融資渠道具有重要意義,也是并購(gòu)市場(chǎng)重要的融資工具,這無(wú)疑有利于促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整高收益?zhèn)?high-yield bond)是指主要由非金融企業(yè)發(fā)行信用評(píng)級(jí)低于投資等級(jí)的債券,是各類公司債券的重要組成部分。這類債券往往具有較高的違約風(fēng)險(xiǎn),之所以還能吸引投資者,是因?yàn)槠渚哂斜纫话阈庞脗叩氖找媛?如能較好地進(jìn)行組合,收益不僅能夠覆蓋風(fēng)險(xiǎn),還可能獲得額外投資
[Abstract]:Positive and high yield bonds are of great significance to broaden the financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially innovative SMEs, and are also an important financing tool in the M & A market. This is undoubtedly conducive to promoting industrial restructuring high-yield bond refers to the non-financial enterprises mainly issued by the credit rating lower than the investment rating bond is an important part of all kinds of corporate bonds. These bonds tend to have a higher default risk and attract investors because they have a higher yield than ordinary credit bonds, which, if combined better, not only cover the risk, but also the potential for additional investment
