【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng)以及一系列的以“藏富于民”為導(dǎo)向的政策出臺(tái),老百姓生活水平不斷提高,錢(qián)包逐漸鼓起來(lái),尤其是黨的十八大更是制定了到2020年相比2010年人均收入水平翻一番的宏偉目標(biāo),使得老百姓對(duì)未來(lái)收入的預(yù)期更加積極樂(lè)觀(guān)。與此同時(shí)面對(duì)家庭日益增長(zhǎng)的財(cái)富,以及不斷上漲的物價(jià)和通貨膨脹預(yù)期,如何讓辛苦掙來(lái)的錢(qián)實(shí)現(xiàn)保值增值已經(jīng)成為許多老百姓思考的重要問(wèn)題。銀行業(yè)正是看到了這個(gè)巨大的市場(chǎng)需求,開(kāi)始創(chuàng)新思路推出理財(cái)產(chǎn)品搶灘個(gè)人理財(cái)市場(chǎng),目前已形成包括現(xiàn)金管理與貨幣市場(chǎng)類(lèi)、固定收益類(lèi)、衍生投資類(lèi)以及境外投資類(lèi)等投資領(lǐng)域在內(nèi)、各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)收益等級(jí)、期限與幣種多維度靈活搭配的產(chǎn)品體系。個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)在國(guó)外早已進(jìn)行多年,我國(guó)的理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)則最早起始于2004年,一經(jīng)推出就呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展的勢(shì)頭,有效增加了商業(yè)銀行的收入,同時(shí)在結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型方面做出較大貢獻(xiàn),尤其是近幾年來(lái)理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)獲得了超常規(guī)發(fā)展:截至2011年三季度末,公募基金總規(guī)模2.1萬(wàn)億,信托資產(chǎn)規(guī)模4.0萬(wàn)億,商業(yè)銀行表外理財(cái)產(chǎn)品余額為3.3萬(wàn)億。個(gè)人理財(cái)對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行乃至整個(gè)金融市場(chǎng)的地位越來(lái)越高,越來(lái)越多的金融機(jī)構(gòu)開(kāi)始參與到理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)當(dāng)中,各種新的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品不斷被推出。 本文首先闡述了理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的基本內(nèi)涵和詳細(xì)定義,在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)對(duì)商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)動(dòng)因進(jìn)行分析,強(qiáng)調(diào)了理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)是迎合社會(huì)財(cái)富管理需求,如此規(guī)模和多元化的理財(cái)產(chǎn)品改善了我國(guó)金融體系的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)和效率;突出了理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新是順應(yīng)商業(yè)銀行治理改革與業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型,市場(chǎng)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)下的理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)促進(jìn)了金融體制與機(jī)制變革,是“脫媒”與銀行資產(chǎn)、負(fù)債及收入結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的生力軍;最后辨證的分析了理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新和金融監(jiān)管之間的關(guān)系。但是金融創(chuàng)新在帶來(lái)銀行業(yè)發(fā)展契機(jī)的同時(shí),也引入了巨大的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),美國(guó)次貸危機(jī)就是典型的反面教材。為此本文深入分析了當(dāng)前商業(yè)銀行理財(cái)方面存在的問(wèn)題及不足之處,有針對(duì)性給出了有益的建議,以期為促進(jìn)我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行個(gè)人理財(cái),乃至銀行長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供有益的建議意義。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid economic growth of our country and the introduction of a series of policies aimed at "storing wealth among the people," the living standards of ordinary people have been continuously improved, and their wallets are gradually bulging up. In particular, the 18th National Congress of the Party has set a grand goal of doubling the per capita income level in 2010 by 2020, making people more optimistic about their future income expectations. At the same time, in the face of the growing wealth of families, rising prices and inflation expectations, how to make hard-earned money to achieve value and appreciation has become an important issue for many people to think about. It is precisely because of this huge market demand that the banking industry has started to innovate and launch financial management products to seize the market for personal finance. At present, the banking industry has formed such categories as cash management and the money market, fixed income, The product system of various risk return grades, maturity and currency flexible collocation, including derivative investment and overseas investment. Personal finance business has been carried out in foreign countries for many years, but the financial management business of our country was first started in 2004. Once it was introduced, it showed a rapid development momentum, effectively increased the income of commercial banks, and made great contributions to the structural transformation at the same time. In particular, in recent years, financial management business has achieved extraordinary development: by the end of the third quarter of 2011, the total size of public offering funds was 2.1 trillion, trust assets was 4 trillion, and the balance of off-balance sheet financial products of commercial banks was 3.3 trillion. Personal finance plays a more and more important role in commercial banks and even the whole financial market. More and more financial institutions begin to participate in the competition of financial products. This paper first expounds the basic connotation and detailed definition of financial management products, and on this basis, through the analysis of commercial bank financial management business motivation, emphasizes that financial management business is to meet the needs of social wealth management. The financial products of this scale and diversity have improved the product structure and efficiency of our country's financial system, highlighted the innovation of financial management business is to conform to the commercial bank governance reform and business transformation. The financial management business under the market competition promotes the reform of financial system and mechanism, and is the new force of "disintermediation" and the adjustment of bank assets, liabilities and income structure. Finally, the relationship between financial business innovation and financial supervision is analyzed dialectically. But the financial innovation brings the banking development opportunity, but also introduces the huge risk, the American subprime mortgage crisis is the typical negative example. Therefore, this paper deeply analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the current commercial banks' financial management, and puts forward some useful suggestions in order to promote the personal finance of commercial banks in China and even to provide useful suggestions for the long-term development of the banks.
