【摘要】:進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)以后,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及居民可支配收入的不斷增加,個(gè)人理財(cái)理念在我國(guó)日益深入,個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)作為銀行利潤(rùn)和收入增長(zhǎng)的重要來源,在銀行的發(fā)展中占據(jù)越來越重要的地位。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行都相繼加快個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展步伐,不斷推出各具特色的個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù),在個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)上展開了激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 東營(yíng)銀行作為中小城市商業(yè)銀行,受規(guī)模因素、地域因素、歷史因素、發(fā)展因素等影響,個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)起步較晚,發(fā)展較緩,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力較弱,,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力非常大。如何把握住國(guó)內(nèi)個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)迅猛發(fā)展的歷史機(jī)遇,在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇的環(huán)境下,有效開拓個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng),建立具有自身特色的個(gè)人理財(cái)服務(wù),提升個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,拓展新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),是東營(yíng)銀行面臨的一個(gè)重大問題。 本文以東營(yíng)銀行為研究對(duì)象,以國(guó)內(nèi)外個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)理論及業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)為基礎(chǔ),通過深入實(shí)地調(diào)研,分析了東營(yíng)銀行發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀、優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)以及存在的問題,剖析了國(guó)內(nèi)外銀行發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及東營(yíng)銀行的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒,并針對(duì)現(xiàn)狀及不足,從完善營(yíng)銷體系、創(chuàng)新豐富個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品體系、建立優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)體系、完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體系、建立健全考核激勵(lì)體系等幾個(gè)方面對(duì)東營(yíng)銀行發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的對(duì)策進(jìn)行了具體探討。 雖然本文是以東營(yíng)銀行的個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)為案例進(jìn)行分析研究,但得出的結(jié)論對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)其他商業(yè)銀行具有一定的普遍性,可以作為其他銀行發(fā)展個(gè)人理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)的參考。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21st century, with the rapid development of Chinese economy and the increasing of disposable income, the personal finance concept is getting deeper and deeper in our country. Personal finance business is an important source of bank profit and income growth. It plays an increasingly important role in the development of banks. At present, banks at home and abroad have been speeding up the pace of development of personal finance business, continue to introduce individual financial products and services with different characteristics, and launched a fierce competition in the market of personal finance business. Dongying Bank, as a commercial bank in medium and small cities, is influenced by scale, region, history and development, and so on. The business of personal finance starts late, develops slowly, its competitiveness is weak, and the pressure of competition is very great. How to grasp the historical opportunity of the rapid development of domestic personal finance business, how to effectively open up the market of personal finance business and establish the personal finance service with its own characteristics under the environment of increasing market competition, and how to grasp the historical opportunity of the rapid development of domestic personal finance business. It is an important problem for Dongying Bank to enhance the market competitiveness of personal finance business and to expand the new profit growth point. This paper takes Dongying Bank as the research object, based on the domestic and foreign personal finance business related theory and the business development experience, through the thorough field investigation, has analyzed the Dongying bank to develop the personal finance service present situation, the superiority, This paper analyzes the advanced experience of domestic and foreign banks in the development of personal finance business and the experience of Dongying Bank for reference. Aiming at the present situation and shortcomings, the author tries to improve the marketing system, innovate and enrich the personal financial management product system. This paper discusses the countermeasures of the development of personal finance business in Dongying Bank from several aspects, such as establishing high-quality service system, perfecting risk control system, establishing and perfecting examination and incentive system, and so on. Although this paper takes Dongying Bank's personal finance business as a case study, the conclusion is universal for other domestic commercial banks and can be used as a reference for other banks to develop personal finance business.
