【摘要】：文章以長三角25個地級以上城市為樣本,利用空間計量學(xué)方法對其1991-2008年的FD I區(qū)位決定進(jìn)行實證分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):近20年來長三角城市FD I區(qū)位決定因素及其作用發(fā)生了動態(tài)變化,一些傳統(tǒng)因素如市場規(guī)模、城市化水平、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、工資水平、與上海距離等影響不再顯著或有弱化趨勢,取而代之的是外資集聚經(jīng)濟(jì)和工資效率因素上升為主導(dǎo)地位,其作用不斷增強(qiáng),基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施因素影響日趨重要。值得注意的是,鄰域空間關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng)一直是影響長三角城市FD I區(qū)位分布的重要因素,城市吸引FD I不僅取決于自身區(qū)位條件,還受周邊城市FD I聚集的影響。上述發(fā)現(xiàn)對于長三角各城市利用FD I和跨國公司投資都具有重要政策意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 25 cities in the Yangtze River Delta and above are taken as samples, and their FD I location decisions from 1991 to 2008 are empirically analyzed by means of spatial metrology. The results show that the regional determinants and their roles of FD I in Yangtze River Delta city have changed dynamically in the past 20 years. Some traditional factors such as market scale, urbanization level, industrial development, wage level, etc. The influence of distance from Shanghai is no longer significant or weakening. Instead, the factors of agglomeration economy and wage efficiency of foreign capital increase as the dominant position, and the effect of infrastructure is becoming more and more important. It is worth noting that the neighborhood spatial correlation effect has always been an important factor affecting the location distribution of FD I in Yangtze River Delta city. The urban attraction of FD I is not only determined by its own location conditions, but also influenced by the aggregation of FD I in surrounding cities. These findings are of great policy significance for cities in the Yangtze River Delta to utilize FD I and multinational investment.
