【摘要】：在開放經(jīng)濟條件下,一國的技術(shù)進步既可以通過自主創(chuàng)新實現(xiàn),也可以通過國際技術(shù)擴散獲得。與傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)向FDI的技術(shù)溢出相比,外向FDI的逆向技術(shù)溢出具有獨特的優(yōu)勢。外向FDI通過企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)和國家三個層面發(fā)生作用。投資國(企業(yè))的模仿學習和吸收能力、嵌入東道國產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的程度,以及東道國(企業(yè))的人力資本水平、人才流動程度、投資軟環(huán)境等都是外向FDI逆向技術(shù)溢出的重要影響因素。針對目前存在的主要問題,我國應(yīng)通過提升技術(shù)吸收能力和對東道國產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的嵌入能力來獲得更大程度的逆向技術(shù)溢出效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Under the condition of open economy, a country's technological progress can be achieved either through independent innovation or through international technology diffusion. Compared with the traditional inward FDI technology spillover, the outward FDI reverse technology spillover has a unique advantage. Outward FDI works through three levels: enterprise, industry and state. The imitative learning and absorptive capacity of the investing country (enterprise), the degree of embedding the host country's industrial chain, the level of human capital of the host country (enterprise), the degree of talent flow, The soft environment of investment is an important influence factor of outward FDI reverse technology spillover. In view of the existing problems, we should improve the technology absorption capacity and the embedding ability of the host country's industrial chain to obtain a greater degree of reverse technology spillover effect.
