XY銀行武漢分行培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀及改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:加入WTO之后,我國(guó)銀行業(yè)在外資金融機(jī)構(gòu)的不斷融入下,面臨著嚴(yán)峻的形勢(shì),銀行業(yè)通過(guò)建立隊(duì)伍來(lái)提升銀行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,因此,高素質(zhì)人才是實(shí)現(xiàn)銀行業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。提高員工素質(zhì),培訓(xùn)是根本。因此,研究XY銀行武漢分行培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀及其改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)具有重要的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文選擇XY銀行武漢分行作為研究對(duì)象,旨在通過(guò)剖析問(wèn)題,探索改進(jìn)員工培訓(xùn)體系設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化培訓(xùn)管理。論文共分為五部分。首先,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,對(duì)人力資源培訓(xùn)的概念與內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)體系、主要培訓(xùn)模式進(jìn)行分析。其次,運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究法,對(duì)XY銀行武漢分行培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀及存在問(wèn)題展開(kāi)分析,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查了解員工培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀,剖析培訓(xùn)體系缺乏健全的培訓(xùn)組織結(jié)構(gòu)、培訓(xùn)需求分析不夠、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃缺乏系統(tǒng)性、培訓(xùn)實(shí)施過(guò)程隨意性大以及培訓(xùn)考核機(jī)制不健全等幾個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題。再次,針對(duì)問(wèn)題對(duì)XY銀行武漢分行培訓(xùn)體系進(jìn)行改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),從制定員工與銀行并重的培訓(xùn)原則,健全培訓(xùn)組織體系、改進(jìn)培訓(xùn)需求分析,制定科學(xué)的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃,嚴(yán)格規(guī)范培訓(xùn)實(shí)施過(guò)程、健全培訓(xùn)考核機(jī)制四個(gè)方面提出了改進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)思想。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出強(qiáng)化培訓(xùn)意識(shí)、加大培訓(xùn)投資力度、創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)形式、構(gòu)建網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)等四維保障措施。最后,,對(duì)論文的主要研究結(jié)論進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:After China's entry into WTO, the banking industry of our country is faced with a severe situation under the continuous integration of foreign financial institutions. The banking industry promotes the core competitiveness of the banks by establishing a team. Therefore, high-quality talents are the key to the sustainable development of the banking industry. To improve the quality of employees, training is fundamental. Therefore, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the current situation of training and its improvement design of XY Bank Wuhan Branch. In this paper, XY Bank Wuhan Branch is chosen as the object of study, in order to improve the design of staff training system and optimize training management by analyzing the problems. The paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, this paper analyzes the concept and content of human resource training, training system and main training models. Secondly, using the empirical research method, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the training system of XY Bank Wuhan Branch. Through the questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of staff training, it analyzes the lack of a sound training organization structure of the training system, and the analysis of training needs is not enough. The lack of systematic training plan, the randomness of the training implementation process and the imperfection of the training assessment mechanism. Thirdly, to improve and design the training system of XY Bank Wuhan Branch, from formulating the training principle of staff and bank, perfecting the training organization system, improving the training demand analysis, making scientific training plan. The improved design idea is put forward in four aspects: strictly standardizing the training implementation process and perfecting the training examination mechanism. On this basis, the paper puts forward four-dimensional guarantee measures, such as strengthening training consciousness, increasing training investment, innovating training form and constructing network learning platform. Finally, the main conclusions of the paper are summarized and prospected.
