【摘要】：隨著近年來經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng)，國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)的金融和物流兩大行業(yè)都得到了巨大的發(fā)展，演化出了各種產(chǎn)品和業(yè)務(wù)形態(tài)，由此對(duì)于這兩個(gè)行業(yè)分別的研究也日趨深入。但是，對(duì)于金融和物流的交集——“金融物流”的研究卻很少，近來僅有的一些研究也局限于供應(yīng)鏈金融（或物流融資）方面，而忽視了金融和物流相互作用、彼此促進(jìn)的一個(gè)廣泛領(lǐng)域。有鑒于此，本文以金融物流管理系統(tǒng)為研究對(duì)象，力圖形成一套完整的理論體系。 金融物流發(fā)展至今，已經(jīng)逐漸突破了原有的單純物流服務(wù)或單純的金融服務(wù)范疇，成為了金融服務(wù)與物流服務(wù)不斷融合和在相互之間發(fā)生作用的新的理論研究方向。作者通過大量的調(diào)查研究和深入分析后發(fā)現(xiàn)，金融物流管理系統(tǒng)主要分為兩大類：一、滿足各種金融機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)部的后臺(tái)物流需求的物流管理系統(tǒng)；二、將金融服務(wù)與第三方物流服務(wù)相結(jié)合的供應(yīng)鏈金融管理系統(tǒng)。因此本文對(duì)金融物流管理系統(tǒng)有代表性的四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)（票據(jù)物流、檔案物流、現(xiàn)鈔物流和供應(yīng)鏈金融）的系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、影響因素、運(yùn)營(yíng)流程、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等諸多方面進(jìn)行了研究和論述，并逐一探討歸納了各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)及整個(gè)金融物流管理系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同優(yōu)化和績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型，總結(jié)并展望了金融物流未來的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及研究方向。 與以往的研究相比，本文的主要?jiǎng)?chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于：相對(duì)于狹義的“物流融資”概念，，首次完整提出了廣義“金融物流”這一全新的的理論體系；總結(jié)、歸納了各個(gè)金融物流子系統(tǒng)的核心概念、系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成要素和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運(yùn)營(yíng)流程；完成了一套適用于金融物流管理系統(tǒng)的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型，并對(duì)各子系統(tǒng)協(xié)同優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了分析和論述；此外，本文還大量采用了來自金融物流從業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)的原始現(xiàn)實(shí)素材，實(shí)現(xiàn)了理論和實(shí)際經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)的有機(jī)相結(jié)合，力圖以理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)際運(yùn)作并提升經(jīng)營(yíng)效益；并且從第三方物流的角度，對(duì)金融物流管理系統(tǒng)的理論應(yīng)用和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)作出了分析和預(yù)判。 本文對(duì)金融和物流領(lǐng)域歷來的研究成果和理論進(jìn)行了全面的回顧和分析，并在此基礎(chǔ)上開創(chuàng)了一套綜合的金融物流管理系統(tǒng)理論，填補(bǔ)了以往研究的空白，對(duì)于金融物流管理系統(tǒng)理論的發(fā)展和實(shí)踐運(yùn)用具有啟示作用和指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic growth in recent years, the international and domestic financial and logistics industries have been greatly developed, evolved a variety of products and business patterns, and thus the study of the two industries is becoming more and more in-depth. However, there is little research on the intersection of finance and logistics-"financial logistics". Recently, only a few studies have been limited to supply chain finance (or logistics financing), while the interaction between finance and logistics has been neglected. A broad area of mutual promotion. In view of this, this paper takes the financial logistics management system as the research object and tries to form a complete theoretical system. The development of financial logistics has gradually broken through the original category of pure logistics services or pure financial services, and has become a new theoretical research direction in which financial services and logistics services continue to merge and interact with each other. After a large number of investigations and in-depth analysis, the author finds that the financial logistics management system is divided into two main categories: first, the logistics management system to meet the backstage logistics needs of various financial institutions; second, A supply chain financial management system that combines financial services with third party logistics services. Therefore, this paper has a representative of the financial logistics management system of the four subsystems (bill logistics, file logistics, cash logistics and supply chain finance) system composition, impact factors, business processes, Risk control and other aspects of the study and discussion, and one by one to explore and sum up each subsystem and the entire financial logistics management system coordination optimization and performance evaluation model, The development trend and research direction of financial logistics in the future are summarized and prospected. Compared with the previous research, the main innovation of this paper is: compared with the narrow sense of "logistics financing" concept, the first complete put forward a broad sense of "financial logistics", a new theoretical system; The core concepts, system elements and standardized operation process of each financial logistics subsystem are summarized, a set of performance evaluation model suitable for financial logistics management system is completed, and the cooperative optimization of each subsystem is analyzed and discussed. In addition, this paper also used a large number of financial logistics institutions from the original reality of the material, to achieve the organic combination of theory and practical business activities, trying to guide the actual operation of the theory and improve the operating efficiency; And from the angle of third party logistics, the theory application and development trend of financial logistics management system are analyzed and forecasted. This paper makes a comprehensive review and analysis of the traditional research achievements and theories in the field of finance and logistics, and on this basis creates a comprehensive theory of financial logistics management system, which fills up the gaps in previous studies. It can enlighten and guide the development and practice of the theory of financial logistics management system.
