【摘要】：在溫州特殊的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下，民間金融和中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)是構(gòu)成溫州經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的兩大主體，兩者的關(guān)系及運(yùn)行模式都直接影響著溫州地區(qū)資金的配置效率。民間金融和中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)關(guān)系紊亂不僅僅會(huì)使民間金融萎縮，也會(huì)損害中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)的利益，危及溫州整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展。在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要時(shí)期，特別是在溫州金融改革之際，，研究溫州民間金融和中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)共生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀，探討共生關(guān)系的形成與演進(jìn)，具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文在分析國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果的基礎(chǔ)之上，系統(tǒng)地整理了共生關(guān)系的相關(guān)概念，并運(yùn)用共生理論分析溫州民間金融和中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)的關(guān)系。目前，對(duì)溫州民間金融和中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)共生關(guān)系的實(shí)證分析較少，所以，本文對(duì)溫州民間金融和中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)共生關(guān)系的實(shí)證研究做了進(jìn)一步的探索性分析： 首先，在分析前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上，從共生單元、共生紐帶和共生環(huán)境等方面分析了溫州民間金融和中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)共生關(guān)系產(chǎn)生的原因。并且具體分析了兩者共生關(guān)系的內(nèi)在機(jī)制，正是這種內(nèi)在機(jī)制使兩者呈相互支持、相互促進(jìn)的共生關(guān)系。 其次，本文從共生的規(guī)模、業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域、收益風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及制約因素等方面，對(duì)溫州民間金融與中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)共生關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀做了具體分析。 然后，文章利用調(diào)整的θ值法對(duì)溫州民間金融的規(guī)模進(jìn)行估測(cè)，將測(cè)算結(jié)果與溫州中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)總值進(jìn)行回歸發(fā)現(xiàn)，溫州民間金融規(guī)模與中小民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)存在正向關(guān)系。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)兩者共生度和共生系數(shù)的分析，驗(yàn)證了溫州民間金融和中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)之間存在著共生關(guān)系。 最后，文章提出了改進(jìn)兩者共生關(guān)系的路徑，應(yīng)從強(qiáng)化共生單元、完善共生環(huán)境入手，使溫州民間金融和中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)的共生關(guān)系穩(wěn)定、健康的發(fā)展，從而能有力地促進(jìn)溫州經(jīng)濟(jì)又好又快地發(fā)展。 綜上，本文充分挖掘了溫州民間金融與中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)的共生關(guān)系，從實(shí)證角度分析了兩者之間存在著共生關(guān)系，指出政府對(duì)民間金融不應(yīng)該采取限制和打壓的措施，而是合理引導(dǎo)民間資本流向，促進(jìn)溫州中小民營(yíng)企業(yè)和溫州民間金融共生關(guān)系的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the special economic environment of Wenzhou, private finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises are the two main bodies of Wenzhou's economic system. The relationship between them and their operation mode have a direct impact on the allocation efficiency of Wenzhou's capital. The relationship between private finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises will not only shrink, but also damage the interests of small and medium-sized private enterprises, and endanger the healthy development of Wenzhou economy as a whole. In the important period of China's economic transformation, especially at the time of financial reform in Wenzhou, it is of great practical significance to study the present situation of the symbiotic relationship between Wenzhou folk finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises, and to explore the formation and evolution of symbiotic relationship. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research results, this paper systematically arranges the related concepts of symbiotic relationship, and applies symbiosis theory to analyze the relationship between Wenzhou folk finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises. At present, there is little empirical analysis on the symbiotic relationship between Wenzhou private finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises. Therefore, this paper makes a further exploratory analysis on the empirical research on the symbiotic relationship between Wenzhou folk finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the previous research results, this paper analyzes the causes of the symbiotic relationship between Wenzhou folk finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises from the aspects of symbiotic unit, symbiotic tie and symbiotic environment. The inner mechanism of symbiotic relationship between them is analyzed, which makes them mutually support and promote each other. Secondly, this paper makes a concrete analysis on the present situation of the symbiotic relationship between Wenzhou folk finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises from the aspects of symbiosis scale, business field, income risk and restriction factors. Then, the paper uses the adjusted 胃 value method to estimate the scale of Wenzhou private finance, and finds out that there is a positive relationship between the scale of Wenzhou folk finance and the small and medium-sized private economy. On this basis, the symbiosis degree and the symbiotic coefficient are analyzed to verify the existence of symbiotic relationship between Wenzhou private finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises. Finally, the article puts forward the way to improve the symbiotic relationship, which should start with strengthening symbiotic unit and perfecting symbiotic environment so as to make the symbiotic relationship between Wenzhou folk finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises stable and develop healthily. Thus can have the strength to promote the Wenzhou economy to develop well and quickly. To sum up, this paper fully excavates the symbiotic relationship between Wenzhou folk finance and small and medium-sized private enterprises, analyzes the symbiotic relationship between them from an empirical point of view, and points out that the government should not take measures to restrict and suppress private finance. It is to guide the flow of private capital reasonably and promote the benign development of the symbiotic relationship between Wenzhou small and medium-sized private enterprises and Wenzhou folk finance.
