【摘要】：知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資正逐步成為當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)動(dòng)產(chǎn)融資的熱點(diǎn)之一。通過(guò)梳理和總結(jié)各地開(kāi)展知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)質(zhì)押融資的典型做法及取得的成效,對(duì)存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了剖析,進(jìn)而提出了對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Intellectual property pledge financing is gradually becoming one of the hotspots of domestic movable property financing. Through combing and summing up the typical practices and achievements of the IPR pledge financing in various places, the existing problems are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
