【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過程當(dāng)中,國際直接投資與貿(mào)易作為經(jīng)濟(jì)開放的兩個(gè)要素,國家直接投資與貿(mào)易是驅(qū)動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵動(dòng)力。中泰兩國自1975年7月1日正式建交以來,兩國間的國際直接投資與貿(mào)易取得了快速的發(fā)展。伴隨中泰兩國相互直接投資規(guī)模穩(wěn)步增長態(tài)勢,國際直接對外投資與貿(mào)易成為中泰兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要方式。由于地緣優(yōu)勢,泰國已成為中國投資者面向東南亞的“橋頭堡”。筆者選擇中國對泰國直接投資問題及對策作為研究課題,意在分析中國對泰國直接投資的現(xiàn)狀、直接投資環(huán)境及所面臨的問題與原因,進(jìn)而提出有針對性的解決方案。 本文首先從國際生產(chǎn)折衷理論,投資環(huán)境評價(jià)理論及發(fā)展中國家對外直接投資的一般理論入手,系統(tǒng)介紹中泰兩國直接投資往來的進(jìn)展,分析了中國對泰國直接投資所面臨的政治環(huán)境,經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,法律環(huán)境和社會(huì)文化環(huán)境等,并利用國別冷熱比較法對直接投資環(huán)境進(jìn)行了總體評價(jià),為中國對泰國直接投資奠定了客觀鑒礎(chǔ)。之后分析了中國對泰國直接投資現(xiàn)狀,主要從以下方面進(jìn)行分析,分別是：中國在泰國的直接投資發(fā)展歷史,直接投資總量和直接投資產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等。然后,分析中國對泰國直接投資所面臨的問題及原因。主要問題有：投資者因?yàn)樘﹪恼�、社�?huì)環(huán)境不穩(wěn)定,害怕來泰國直接投資；經(jīng)濟(jì)上泰株在最近一段時(shí)間一直處于升值狀態(tài),嚴(yán)重影響了出口型企業(yè)在泰國的直接投資；文化方面中泰也存在一定的差異；另外就是中國投資者存在著自身的問題和原因,有望做出根本的改變,尤其是產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和品牌的宣傳。最后,提出了優(yōu)化中國對泰國直接投資發(fā)展的對策建議。 通過本文的研究,在中國對泰國的直接投資問題與對策上,希望能夠提供一定的參考價(jià)值和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In the process of modern social and economic development, international direct investment and trade are two elements of economic opening, and national direct investment and trade are the key driving force to drive economic development. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand on July 1, 1975, the international direct investment and trade between the two countries have developed rapidly. With the steady growth of mutual direct investment between China and Thailand, international direct investment and trade have become an important way of economic development between China and Thailand. Because of its geographical advantages, Thailand has become a bridgehead for Chinese investors in Southeast Asia. The author chooses China's direct investment in Thailand as the research topic, aims to analyze the current situation, the environment of direct investment and the problems and reasons faced by China in Thailand, and then puts forward targeted solutions. This paper begins with the theory of international production compromise, the theory of investment environment evaluation and the general theory of developing countries' foreign direct investment (FDI), and systematically introduces the progress of direct investment between China and Thailand. This paper analyzes the political environment, economic environment, legal environment and social and cultural environment faced by China's direct investment in Thailand. For China's direct investment in Thailand to lay an objective foundation. Then it analyzes the current situation of China's direct investment in Thailand, mainly from the following aspects: the history of China's direct investment in Thailand, the total amount of direct investment and the industrial structure of direct investment. Then, the paper analyzes the problems and causes of China's direct investment in Thailand. The main problems are as follows: investors are afraid of coming to Thailand for direct investment because of the unstable political and social environment in Thailand, and the economy of Thailand has been in a state of appreciation in recent years, which has seriously affected the direct investment of export-oriented enterprises in Thailand; In addition, Chinese investors have their own problems and reasons, and hope to make fundamental changes, especially the product quality and brand publicity. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the development of China's direct investment in Thailand are put forward. Through the research of this paper, we hope to provide some reference value and reference significance in the direct investment problems and countermeasures of China to Thailand.
