【摘要】：二十一世紀(jì)充滿了挑戰(zhàn)，充滿了機(jī)遇。信息技術(shù)更是起到了極為重要的作用。企業(yè)若要在激烈的競爭中脫穎而出，那么就更應(yīng)該重視高科技在其中所起到的作用，這對企業(yè)的發(fā)展也是個嚴(yán)峻的考驗。 作為金融機(jī)構(gòu)，建行福建建行也同樣不能忽視信息技術(shù)在行業(yè)中的重要作用。信息系統(tǒng)在整個企業(yè)的運(yùn)營發(fā)展中起到了關(guān)鍵的作用，IT系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)對企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定，以及對其的推動作用是明顯的。利用好信息技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)框架的作用，可以有效地推動整個IT服務(wù)管理的不斷發(fā)展。只有將科技管理在整個金融體系中的作用凸顯出來，才能夠進(jìn)一步推動福建建行朝著健康的方向發(fā)展。 在本論文中，筆者對福建建行的IT服務(wù)管理進(jìn)行了一定程度的研究。通過研究背景以及對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究情況的論述，展開對IT服務(wù)管理的研究，包括借鑒國內(nèi)外IT服務(wù)管理模型——ITIL最佳實踐、基本原理、實現(xiàn)模式、知識架構(gòu)體系等方面的內(nèi)容，，對福建建行IT服務(wù)模型進(jìn)行研究，并探討研究其中的關(guān)鍵管理流程，同時，對其中的事件管理、問題管理、配置變更及發(fā)布管理等重要的業(yè)務(wù)流程以及服務(wù)臺職能模塊做了較深的研究。最后，對福建建行IT的發(fā)展前景做了必要的建議與展望。
[Abstract]:The twenty - first century is full of challenges and opportunities . Information technology plays a very important role . If the enterprise is to stand out in the fierce competition , it should pay more attention to the role played by high - tech in the competition , which is also a serious test for the development of the enterprise .

As a financial institution , the CCB also cannot ignore the important role of information technology in the industry . The information system plays a key role in the operation and development of the whole enterprise . The IT system ' s infrastructure plays a key role in the operation and development of the enterprise . The role of the IT infrastructure can effectively promote the continuous development of the whole IT service management .

In this paper , the author studies the IT service management in Fujian . Through the research background and the related research situation at home and abroad , the research on IT service management is carried out . The key management process is discussed . At the same time , some important business processes such as event management , problem management , configuration change and distribution management are studied . Finally , the paper puts forward some necessary suggestions and prospects for the development of the IT development in Fujian .
