【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟和技術(shù)全球化的情況下,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)和國際的熱點問題。對于一個國家的經(jīng)濟而言,知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護政策的實施能否促進本國的經(jīng)濟增長及吸引外商直接投資已經(jīng)成為理論研究的熱點。本文通過理論建模和實證檢驗來研究知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護對吸引外商直接投資的影響。 首先,在理論研究方面,通過考察可影響到外商直接投資的幾個因素,其中研究知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護的制度規(guī)范如何影響到外商在東道國的直接投資。然后,通過考察知識和技術(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)移理論,研究知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護所帶來的技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的障礙或保護東道國技術(shù)等的理論內(nèi)容。 其次,在實證研究方面,本文通過一個廣泛使用的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護強度指數(shù)來進行分析。通過時間段、地區(qū)及產(chǎn)業(yè)三個角的分析實證考察知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護怎樣促進吸引外商直接投資。通過比較各時間段、地區(qū)、產(chǎn)業(yè)檢驗的結(jié)果,研究在不同的情況下知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護對外商直接投資的不同影響。知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護水平的提高有利于吸引外商直接投資的流入,但是不同地區(qū)和不同產(chǎn)業(yè)中表現(xiàn)各異。在外商直接投資較為集中的制造業(yè),以及沿海地區(qū),知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護水平的提高有利于外商直接投資額的增加,但是對于外資消化能力不強的內(nèi)陸地區(qū)這一效應(yīng)并不明顯。對外商直接投資正影響最為穩(wěn)健的是專利申請授權(quán)量,特別是在高科技產(chǎn)業(yè),這一效應(yīng)體現(xiàn)得尤為明顯,這與外商直接投資的獲利性質(zhì)是分不開的。通過對不同時間段的外商直接投資的相關(guān)因素回歸分析表明,各變量的影響程度在衰弱,也即隨著中國加入WTO以及相關(guān)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)體系的完善,吸引外商直接投資的常規(guī)手段如知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護、對外開放以及專利申請與授權(quán)等對外商直接投資的促進作用不再明顯。
[Abstract]:In the case of economic and technological globalization, the protection of intellectual property has become a hot issue at home and abroad. For a country's economy, whether the implementation of intellectual property protection policy can promote economic growth and attract foreign direct investment has become a hot topic. This paper is based on theoretical modeling and empirical examination. To study the impact of intellectual property protection on attracting foreign direct investment.
First, in the field of theoretical research, through the investigation of several factors that can affect foreign direct investment, it studies how the institutional norms of intellectual property protection affect the direct investment of foreign businessmen in the host country. Then, through the investigation of the transfer theory of knowledge and technology, the obstacles or protection of the transfer of technology brought by the protection of intellectual property rights are studied. The theoretical content of the host country's technology.
Secondly, in the case of empirical research, this paper analyzes the intensity index of intellectual property protection, which is widely used. Through the analysis of the time period, the three corners of the region and the industry, how to promote the FDI to attract foreign direct investment. The improvement of intellectual property protection has different effects on foreign direct investment. The improvement of the level of intellectual property protection is beneficial to attract the inflow of foreign direct investment, but different regions and different industries have different performance. In the manufacturing industry with more concentrated foreign direct investment and the coastal areas, the improvement of the level of intellectual property protection is beneficial to foreign businessmen. The effect of direct investment on foreign direct investment is not obvious. The most robust effect of the direct investment on foreign direct investment is the amount of patent application authorization, especially in the high-tech industry, this effect is particularly obvious, which is inseparable from the profit nature of foreign direct investment. The regression analysis of the related factors of foreign direct investment in different periods shows that the influence degree of each variable is weak, that is, with China's accession to the WTO and the improvement of the related intellectual property system, the conventional means of attracting foreign direct investment, such as intellectual property protection, opening to the outside world, and patent application and authorization to foreign direct investment The role of promotion is no longer obvious.
