【摘要】:縣域經(jīng)濟在國民經(jīng)濟占據(jù)基礎地位,GSYH河南分行近年也逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方向和模式,為了研究制定一套合乎全省轄內(nèi)的辦法和模式,本文特選取問題比較突出的新安縣支行為例進行闡述和研究。近年來,新安縣支行發(fā)展上出現(xiàn)了停滯甚至在個別業(yè)務上存在倒退的現(xiàn)象,為了解決新安縣支行機構(gòu)體系不健全、經(jīng)營管理粗放,競爭乏力、產(chǎn)品單一和服務質(zhì)量不高問題。本文根據(jù)新安縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合我行情況和自身工作實際,從經(jīng)營策略、業(yè)務品種、員工素質(zhì)、制度約束、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新等方面提出了優(yōu)化新安支行隊伍的幾點建議,期望對新安縣支行建設有所裨益,以充分發(fā)揮金融對縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支持作用。首先無論是在新安縣支行隊伍的建設上還是績效激勵上,如何對新安縣支行隊伍建設進行優(yōu)化是本文討論的一個重點。其次,隊伍建設的研究對象為新安縣支行全體人員。從支行行長的考核指標貫穿至一線營銷人員。如此研究是因為全面的考核有助于整體隊伍優(yōu)化考核辦法的執(zhí)行以及符合縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的特點。
[Abstract]:The county economy occupies a fundamental position in the national economy. In recent years, the GSYH Henan Branch has also gradually changed its development direction and model. In order to study and formulate a set of methods and models suitable for the province's jurisdiction, This paper selected Xinan County Branch as an example to elaborate and study. In recent years, the development of Xinan sub-branch has been stagnant or even retrogressive in individual business. In order to solve the problems of imperfect institutional system, extensive management, weak competition, single product and low service quality in Xinan County. According to the present situation of economic development in Xinan County, combined with the actual situation of our own work, this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the team of Xinan Branch from the aspects of management strategy, business variety, staff quality, system restriction, product innovation, etc. It is expected to be beneficial to the construction of Xinan County Branch, so as to give full play to the role of finance in supporting county economic development. First of all, how to optimize the construction of Xinan sub-branch team is one of the key points in this paper, whether in the construction of Xinan sub-branch team or in the performance incentive. Secondly, the research object of team construction is all staff of Xinan County Branch. From the governor of the branch through the assessment of the first line of marketing personnel. This research is because comprehensive assessment is helpful to the implementation of the overall team optimization assessment method and conforms to the characteristics of county economic development.
