【摘要】：作為一種特殊投資方式,母基金具有杠桿投資、組合投資、分散投資、專業(yè)投資等特點,是風(fēng)險投資和私募股權(quán)領(lǐng)域重要的投資方式。發(fā)展母基金對于我國開辟民間投資渠道、緩解流動性壓力、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式、建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家等具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。目前,發(fā)達(dá)國家以母基金方式管理的資本規(guī)模已經(jīng)占到全球私募資產(chǎn)總額近四成,而我國母基金尚處于起步階段。需要在資金來源渠道、財政稅收政策、基金管理人才和組織制度安排等方面積極支持,促進(jìn)我國母基金發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As a special investment mode, the parent fund has the characteristics of leverage investment, portfolio investment, diversification investment, professional investment, etc. It is an important investment mode in the field of venture capital and private equity.It is of great strategic significance for China to open up private investment channels, ease the pressure of liquidity, promote the adjustment of industrial structure, change the mode of economic development and build an innovative country.At present, the capital scale managed by the mother fund in developed countries has already accounted for nearly 40% of the total private equity assets in the world, but the mother fund of our country is still in its infancy.In order to promote the development of our country's mother fund, we need active support in the sources of funds, fiscal and tax policies, fund management talents and organizational system arrangements.
