【摘要】：當(dāng)前,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)正處在緩慢復(fù)蘇的階段,而我國經(jīng)濟(jì)也處在下行壓力和結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的時(shí)期。為減少世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局變動(dòng)給我國經(jīng)濟(jì)帶來的負(fù)面影響,以及適應(yīng)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新常態(tài),充分吸收并利用好外商直接投資是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重中之重。本文以我國勞動(dòng)力稟賦為研究出發(fā)點(diǎn),分析其對(duì)吸引外商直接投資的影響。在勞動(dòng)力成本不斷上漲、勞動(dòng)力質(zhì)量有待提高和勞動(dòng)人口比重亟需改善的勞動(dòng)力稟賦下,分析我國外商直接投資的流入在這種情況下是否受到了影響。這對(duì)于我國及時(shí)調(diào)整政策法規(guī),應(yīng)對(duì)新時(shí)期經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的快速增長有非常重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文旨在研究勞動(dòng)力稟賦對(duì)我國吸引外商直接投資的影響,主要從勞動(dòng)力成本、勞動(dòng)力質(zhì)量和勞動(dòng)人口比重三個(gè)方面展開來分析。首先,對(duì)外商直接投資的理論機(jī)制進(jìn)行了總結(jié)分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步闡釋了勞動(dòng)力稟賦,包括勞動(dòng)力成本、勞動(dòng)力質(zhì)量和勞動(dòng)人口比重對(duì)吸引外商直接投資的理論影響機(jī)制。其次,分別描述了我國勞動(dòng)力成本、勞動(dòng)力質(zhì)量和勞動(dòng)人口比重的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)我國勞動(dòng)力稟賦現(xiàn)狀做了整體的分析。同時(shí),從外商直接投資的流量、來源地和行業(yè)角度對(duì)我國FDI的流入情況進(jìn)行了分析。再次,本文根據(jù)我國1983-2013年的數(shù)據(jù),采用多元線性回歸方法,對(duì)影響FDI流入的各因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,主要分析了勞動(dòng)力成本、勞動(dòng)力質(zhì)量和勞動(dòng)人口比重對(duì)我國FDI流入的影響作用。此外,針對(duì)我國勞動(dòng)力稟賦對(duì)吸引外商直接投資的影響效應(yīng),提出了相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the world economy is in the stage of slow recovery, and our economy is also in the period of downward pressure and structural adjustment.In order to reduce the negative impact of the change of the world economic pattern on our economy and adapt to the new normal of our country's economic development, it is the most important point of our country's economic development to fully absorb and make good use of foreign direct investment (FDI).This paper analyzes the influence of labor endowment on attracting foreign direct investment (FDI).With the increasing labor cost, the quality of labor force to be improved and the proportion of labor force in need of improvement, this paper analyzes whether the inflow of foreign direct investment (FDI) in China has been affected in this situation.This is of great practical significance for our country to adjust its policies and regulations in time and to cope with the rapid economic growth in the new period.The purpose of this paper is to study the influence of labor endowment on attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) in China, mainly from three aspects: labor cost, labor quality and the proportion of labor population.First of all, the theoretical mechanism of FDI is summarized and analyzed, and on this basis, the endowment of labor force, including labor cost, is further explained.The theoretical influence mechanism of the quality of labor force and the proportion of labor force on attracting foreign direct investment.Secondly, the paper describes the current situation of labor cost, labor quality and the proportion of labor force, and makes an overall analysis of the present situation of labor endowment in China.At the same time, the inflow of FDI in China is analyzed from the flow, source and industry of FDI.Thirdly, according to the data of China from 1983 to 2013, this paper makes an empirical study on the factors influencing the inflow of FDI by using the method of multiple linear regression, and mainly analyzes the labor cost.The effect of labor quality and the proportion of labor force on the inflow of FDI in China.In addition, the influence of labor endowment on attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) is discussed.
