【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,伴隨日益加劇的物流市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),加強(qiáng)發(fā)展物流金融服務(wù)已成為物流企業(yè)不可忽視的重要決策與選擇。同樣的,對(duì)于我國(guó)而言,物流金融類新興創(chuàng)新服務(wù)產(chǎn)品亦呈快速發(fā)展趨勢(shì),物流金融存在極大的發(fā)展前景和市場(chǎng)需求。但不可忽略的是,隨著物流金融不斷高速發(fā)展,各種問(wèn)題也隨之暴露,這些不和諧聲音提醒著物流金融業(yè)務(wù)存在著無(wú)法忽視的管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。由此,對(duì)于企業(yè)想要更好地發(fā)展物流金融業(yè)務(wù),樹(shù)立必要的防控意識(shí),積極有效防止?jié)撛陲L(fēng)險(xiǎn),不斷提升企業(yè)防制與應(yīng)對(duì)各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的產(chǎn)生,是企業(yè)的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。作為第三方物流企業(yè)的義烏L公司,在加強(qiáng)發(fā)展自身企業(yè)物流金融的過(guò)程中,不斷暴露出各種現(xiàn)實(shí)操作運(yùn)行問(wèn)題,正是這些不容忽視的問(wèn)題,大大加重了L公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。鑒于此,在L公司發(fā)展物流金融的同時(shí),加強(qiáng)對(duì)相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理勢(shì)在必行。本研究通過(guò)分析L公司在發(fā)展物流金融過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的各類問(wèn)題與風(fēng)險(xiǎn),形成適用于L公司的能夠進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、度量并有效管理的制度體系,奠定了L公司今后在物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展壯大的牢固基礎(chǔ)。首先,本文從對(duì)物流金融的研究背景及其意義出發(fā),比對(duì)并總結(jié)當(dāng)今世界對(duì)該課題的研究成果,同時(shí)通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)概念——物流金融、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理以及物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的劃分界定,進(jìn)一步剖析物流金融產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)因以及物流金融發(fā)展適用的模式與物流金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控的所需達(dá)到的目標(biāo)及其過(guò)程。以此為本文研究L公司物流金融業(yè)務(wù)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理打下了基礎(chǔ)。其次,本文通過(guò)將L公司物流金融作為課題研究的主要模式,探討在物流金融實(shí)際開(kāi)展過(guò)程中面臨的五個(gè)方面的企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn):質(zhì)押物、融資企業(yè)、銀行、物流企業(yè)和宏觀環(huán)境,通過(guò)對(duì)各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)有針對(duì)性的分析,為企業(yè)得出一個(gè)較為合理的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。再次,通過(guò)運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,進(jìn)一步確定企業(yè)在物流金融發(fā)展中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素所占權(quán)重,結(jié)合Excel的運(yùn)用與計(jì)算,得出L公司在現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展物流金融業(yè)務(wù)所將遇到的主、次風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后,本文通過(guò)以上分析與對(duì)實(shí)證研究的結(jié)合將模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法運(yùn)用到模型評(píng)價(jià)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)中,為企業(yè)發(fā)展物流金融提出合理的防控舉措與針對(duì)性意見(jiàn)。
[Abstract]:In today's world, with the increasing competition of logistics market, strengthening the development of logistics financial services has become an important decision and choice that can not be ignored by logistics enterprises.Similarly, for our country, the logistics finance kind new innovation service product also presents the fast development tendency, the logistics finance has the enormous development prospect and the market demand.However, with the rapid development of logistics finance, all kinds of problems are exposed. These discordant voices remind the logistics financial business that there are management risks that can not be ignored.Therefore, it is urgent for enterprises to develop logistics financial business better, establish necessary awareness of prevention and control, actively and effectively prevent potential risks, and constantly improve the production of enterprises to prevent and deal with various risks.Yiwu L Company, as a third party logistics enterprise, in the process of strengthening the development of its own enterprise logistics finance, constantly exposed a variety of practical operational problems, it is precisely these problems that can not be ignored.Greatly increased L company's operational management type of risk.In view of this, it is imperative to strengthen the management of related risks while L Company develops logistics finance.By analyzing all kinds of problems and risks in the development of logistics finance, this study forms a system of risk identification, measurement and effective management for L company.Laid a solid foundation for the further development of L company in the future logistics financial business.First of all, based on the research background and significance of logistics finance, this paper compares and summarizes the research results of this subject in the world, and at the same time, through the related concept-logistics finance,The definition of risk management and the division of logistics financial risk management, and the further analysis of the causes of logistics finance, the suitable model of logistics finance development and the objectives and processes of logistics financial risk management and management.In this paper, the risk management of L company logistics financial business lay a foundation.Secondly, by taking L company logistics finance as the main research mode, this paper discusses five aspects of enterprise risk points in the actual development of logistics finance: pledge, financing enterprise, bank, logistics enterprise and macro environment.Through the analysis of each risk point, a reasonable risk evaluation index system is obtained for the enterprise.Thirdly, by using the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, we further determine the weight of the risk factors in the development of logistics finance, combined with the application and calculation of Excel.The main and secondary risks that L Company will encounter in the development of logistics financial business in reality are obtained.Finally, through the combination of the above analysis and empirical research, this paper applies the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to the risk evaluation of the model, and puts forward reasonable preventive measures and targeted suggestions for the enterprise to develop logistics finance.
