【摘要】：正一、綜合利用多方面經(jīng)濟(jì)信息,實(shí)施區(qū)間管理。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處在潛在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率出現(xiàn)階段性下降的關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)上。有關(guān)潛在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)率的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)相應(yīng)失效。由于高房?jī)r(jià)帶來(lái)成本調(diào)整壓力,也由于勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)供求格局發(fā)生變化,有關(guān)物價(jià)水平變動(dòng)與經(jīng)濟(jì)總量平衡狀態(tài)的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)有效性顯著下降;由于對(duì)外開(kāi)放走向深入,跨國(guó)資本流動(dòng)更加頻繁,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的互動(dòng)性顯著增強(qiáng);由于改革走向深入,政企關(guān)系、
[Abstract]:First, comprehensive use of various aspects of economic information, the implementation of interval management.At present, our country is in the potential economic growth rate to appear the key turning point of the stage decline.The traditional experience of the potential economic growth rate has failed accordingly.As a result of the cost adjustment pressure brought by high house prices and the change in the pattern of supply and demand in the labour market, the effectiveness of the traditional experience of price level changes and the balance of economic aggregate has decreased significantly; because of the deepening of the opening up to the outside world,Cross-border capital flows have become more frequent, and the interaction between China's economy and the international market has increased significantly.
