【摘要】：本文通過考察1970年之后美國歷次經(jīng)濟(jì)周期中貨幣政策的收縮時(shí)機(jī),利用數(shù)值估計(jì),預(yù)測本次經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)之后美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)退出策略的發(fā)生時(shí)機(jī)。我們發(fā)現(xiàn):美聯(lián)儲(chǔ)對實(shí)際產(chǎn)出和失業(yè)率的反應(yīng)時(shí)間較長,對通貨膨脹、TED息差和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)普爾指數(shù)的反應(yīng)時(shí)間較短;聯(lián)邦基金利率的提高預(yù)計(jì)發(fā)生在2014年7月至2015年12月,貼現(xiàn)率的提高預(yù)計(jì)發(fā)生在2015年12月,國債和MBS的減持預(yù)計(jì)發(fā)生在2015年2月。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the contraction of monetary policy in American economic cycles after 1970 and forecasts the timing of the exit strategy of the Federal Reserve after the economic crisis by using numerical estimates.We found that the Fed had a longer response time to real output and unemployment, a shorter response time to inflation TED spreads and the S & P index, and that the increase in the federal funds rate was expected to take place between July 2014 and December 2015.The increase in the discount rate is expected to take place in December 2015, and the reduction of Treasury and MBS holdings is expected to take place in February 2015.
