【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國全球化的程度不斷加深,隨著近年來我國實(shí)施了“走出去”的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,我國企業(yè)的國際市場競爭意識(shí)不斷增強(qiáng),對(duì)外直接投資額顯著增長,這對(duì)國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生了一系列的影響。而我國的就業(yè)形勢(shì)受到多方面因素的影響近年來日趨嚴(yán)重,就業(yè)問題已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)界以及政策制定者關(guān)注的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn)問題。 本文綜合運(yùn)用了理論和實(shí)證的分析方法,對(duì)我國對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)國內(nèi)就業(yè)的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制以及總量和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,得出以下結(jié)論：1、對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)國內(nèi)就業(yè)的直接、間接效應(yīng)均為正,兩者之和的總就業(yè)效應(yīng)也為正。2、從對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)三次產(chǎn)業(yè)的就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的角度來看,對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)我國第二產(chǎn)業(yè)、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的就業(yè)比重具有拉動(dòng)作用,尤其對(duì)第三產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)比重的正向影響比較顯著。對(duì)第一產(chǎn)業(yè)的就業(yè)比重有負(fù)向的影響。 全文分為三個(gè)部分：第一部分對(duì)當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行綜述,并提出本文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)；第二部分對(duì)對(duì)外直接投資以及就業(yè)之間的一般原理以及傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制進(jìn)行了梳理和述評(píng)；第三部分對(duì)我國的對(duì)外投資現(xiàn)狀及就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展進(jìn)行了詳盡的描述；第四部分通過實(shí)證分析從我國就業(yè)總量效應(yīng),以及結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)兩個(gè)方面對(duì)我國對(duì)外直接投資對(duì)就業(yè)的影響做出分析；最后對(duì)全文做出總結(jié),并對(duì)我國應(yīng)如何利用好對(duì)外直接投資促進(jìn)國內(nèi)就業(yè)提出政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the degree of globalization in China has been deepening. With the implementation of the development strategy of "going out" in recent years, the international market competition consciousness of Chinese enterprises has been continuously strengthened, and the foreign direct investment has increased significantly.This has had a series of effects on the domestic economy.However, the employment situation of our country is affected by many factors in recent years, the employment problem has become a focus of attention of domestic academia and policy makers.The indirect effect is positive, and the total employment effect of the sum of the two is also positive. From the perspective of the employment structure of the three industries from the perspective of FDI, the proportion of foreign direct investment to the employment of the secondary industry and the tertiary industry has a pulling effect.In particular, the proportion of employment in the tertiary industry has a significant positive impact.It has a negative effect on the proportion of employment in the primary industry.The full text is divided into three parts: the first part of the current domestic and foreign related research results are summarized, and put forward the innovative points of this paper;In the second part, the general principles and transmission mechanism between FDI and employment are reviewed, and the third part describes the current situation of foreign investment and employment in China in detail.The fourth part through the empirical analysis from the total employment effect and structural effect of China's foreign direct investment to make an analysis of the impact of employment; finally, the full text of the summary,Some suggestions on how to make good use of foreign direct investment to promote domestic employment are put forward.
