【摘要】：本文是以在不斷變化的嶄新競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下，H證券公司下屬M(fèi)營(yíng)業(yè)部應(yīng)該采取怎樣的措施來提升自己在經(jīng)濟(jì)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為目的來展開研究的。 目前，國(guó)內(nèi)證券行業(yè)主要的盈利模式與市場(chǎng)走勢(shì)的相關(guān)度非常高，經(jīng)濟(jì)業(yè)務(wù)，承銷業(yè)務(wù)以及自營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)這些券商傳統(tǒng)主要的盈利來源，使得券商盈利不穩(wěn)定，經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏高。券商的同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)在近年市場(chǎng)環(huán)境惡劣的情況下，使得券商經(jīng)營(yíng)舉步維艱，承受著前所未有的壓力。證券公司為了生存和發(fā)展，積極開展業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新，拓寬思路，擺脫一直以來的表層粗放式經(jīng)營(yíng)，加大業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新力度，降低成本，擴(kuò)大利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。 本文對(duì)我國(guó)證券業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀，發(fā)展過程，發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，，發(fā)展遇到的困難等進(jìn)行了歸納。在研究中綜合運(yùn)用金融學(xué)，市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷學(xué)等學(xué)科理論知識(shí)，結(jié)合實(shí)際，對(duì)H證券業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境，內(nèi)外部影響因素進(jìn)行了研究分析。以H證券公司M證券營(yíng)業(yè)部為例，介紹了營(yíng)業(yè)部的發(fā)展歷史以及目前的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況。通過借鑒國(guó)外相關(guān)創(chuàng)新經(jīng)驗(yàn)，運(yùn)用SWOT模型，總結(jié)出了H證券公司M證券營(yíng)業(yè)部創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的策略。提出營(yíng)業(yè)部當(dāng)前可行的創(chuàng)新業(yè)務(wù)及實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。結(jié)合營(yíng)業(yè)部自身特點(diǎn),指明了營(yíng)業(yè)部推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新的具體措施。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to study what measures should be taken by M Business Department of H Securities Company to improve its competitiveness in economic innovation under the new competitive environment.At present, the main profit mode of domestic securities industry has a high correlation with the market trend. Economic business, underwriting business and proprietary business are the main traditional profit sources of securities companies, which make the securities companies profit unstable and the risk of operation is on the high side.The homogeneous competition of securities firms in recent years makes the operation of securities companies difficult and bear unprecedented pressure.In order to survive and develop, securities companies actively carry out business innovation, broaden their thinking, get rid of the extensive operation of the surface layer, increase the strength of business innovation, reduce the cost and expand the profit growth point.This paper summarizes the status quo, development process, development trend and difficulties of securities business innovation in China.Based on the theory of finance, marketing and practice, this paper studies and analyzes the market competition environment and internal and external factors of H securities business innovation.Taking M Securities Business Department of H Securities Company as an example, this paper introduces the development history and present operating situation of the business department.By referring to the relevant innovation experience of foreign countries and using SWOT model, this paper sums up the strategy of innovation and development of M securities business department of H Securities Company.This paper puts forward the current feasible innovative business and implementation path of the business department.Combined with the characteristics of business department itself, pointed out the business department to promote business innovation specific measures.
