中國銀行操作風險管理控制研究

【摘要】:在金融行業(yè)中,風險管理是至關重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),尤其是在銀行的運作過程中,風險管理幾乎涉及到各個方面。隨著時代的快速發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代銀行業(yè)務種類越來越多樣化、復雜化,并且各種銀行新產品和新業(yè)務的交叉,使其風險的作用機制也在不斷的推陳出新。在信用風險、市場風險、操作風險相融合的環(huán)境下,商業(yè)銀行面臨的風險越來越復雜,越來越隱蔽。在銀行眾多的風險當中,操作風險逐漸成為了銀行風險體系的核心,很大程度上制約著銀行的進一步發(fā)展。操作風險管理作為完善銀行管理機制的重要組成部分,其相關管理策略關系到銀行自身發(fā)展的優(yōu)劣,同時也關系到金融業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。特別是在全球經濟一體化逐步的加深背景下,銀行業(yè)面臨的金融環(huán)境更加復雜。再加上,操作風險所帶來的巨大損失,使得銀行在操作風險管理上面臨著越來越大的挑戰(zhàn)。因此,銀行如何在操作風險管理方面制定比較完善的策略,成為了銀行業(yè)面臨的重要課題之一。而銀行若要加快自身的發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)穩(wěn)健經營的目標,就必須加強各類風險的控制,尤其是銀行操作風險管理控制更需要得到進一步的重視。雖然說,隨著經濟的快速發(fā)展,我國的金融市場得到了很大的進步,銀行也完善了對各類風險的控制措施,但是在當今信息化、經濟化和網絡化為一體的背景下,銀行操作風險管理控制仍然存在著很多的問題,進一步提高銀行操作風險管理控制能力的任務仍需加強。 對此,本文以中國銀行股份有限公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,在相關理論知識的基礎上,對中國銀行股份有限公司操作風險管理的現(xiàn)狀做進一步的探討,并通過對發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,從中找出現(xiàn)階段中國銀行股份有限公司操作風險管理過程中存在的一些問題,比如說,對操作風險管理認識不夠深刻、操作風險管理與實際發(fā)展脫節(jié)、操作風險管理信息化進程緩慢等等;然后針對中國銀行股份有限公司操作風險管理問題的存在,找出其存在的原因,即:操作風險管理意識淡薄、缺乏有效地內部監(jiān)控機制、操作風險管理手段比較落后等等,最后針對這些存在的問題和原因,試圖提出一些相對應的對策建議,主要包括:營造適宜的操作風險環(huán)境、加強銀行內部控制建設、完善操作風險管理體系等,并希望這些建議的提出對中國銀行股份有限公司在完善操作風險管理控制方面有一定的幫助,并對中國商業(yè)銀行的操作風險管理起到借鑒作用,從而促進中國銀行股份有限公司及中國銀行業(yè)快速健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the financial industry, risk management is a crucial link, especially in the operation of banks, risk management involves almost all aspects.With the rapid development of the times, the types of modern banking business are becoming more and more diversified and complicated, and all kinds of new products and new business cross, which makes the mechanism of risk function constantly new.In the environment of credit risk, market risk and operation risk, the risks faced by commercial banks are becoming more and more complex and hidden.Among the numerous risks of banks, operational risk has gradually become the core of the bank risk system, which restricts the further development of the bank to a great extent.As an important part of perfecting the bank management mechanism, operational risk management is related to the development of the bank itself and the healthy development of the financial industry.Especially in the context of the deepening of global economic integration, the banking industry is facing a more complex financial environment.Moreover, the huge losses caused by operational risk make banks face more and more challenges in operational risk management.Therefore, how to formulate more perfect strategies in the operational risk management has become one of the important issues facing the banking industry.If banks want to speed up their own development and realize the goal of stable operation, they must strengthen the control of all kinds of risks, especially the operational risk management of banks, which need to be paid more attention to.Although, with the rapid development of economy, the financial market of our country has made great progress, the banks have also perfected the control measures of various kinds of risks, but under the background of information, economy and networking,There are still many problems in the management and control of operational risk in banks, and the task of further improving the ability of operational risk management and control of banks still needs to be strengthened.In this paper, the development of Bank of China Co., Ltd. as the research object, on the basis of relevant theoretical knowledge of the Bank of China Co., Ltd. operational risk management status quo is further discussed.And through the analysis of the current situation of development, we can find out some problems in the process of operational risk management of Bank of China Co., Ltd., for example, we do not have a deep understanding of operational risk management.The operational risk management is out of touch with the actual development, the operational risk management information process is slow, and so on. Then, aiming at the existence of the operational risk management problem of Bank of China Co., Ltd., we find out the reasons for its existence.That is: weak awareness of operational risk management, lack of effective internal monitoring mechanism, operational risk management methods are relatively backward, and so on. Finally, in view of these problems and reasons, this paper tries to put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Mainly include: to create a suitable operating risk environment, to strengthen the construction of internal control of banks, to improve the operational risk management system, and so on.It is hoped that these suggestions will be helpful to the Bank of China Co., Ltd. in perfecting the operational risk management and control, and will serve as a reference for the operational risk management of the commercial banks of China.In order to promote the Bank of China Co., Ltd. and the rapid and healthy development of the Chinese banking industry.
