【摘要】：目前，世界生態(tài)環(huán)境與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的矛盾日益突出。低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)悄然興起并逐步改變世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局，我國也同樣經(jīng)歷著由高碳經(jīng)濟(jì)向低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型。以“綠色金融”為主題的金融業(yè)創(chuàng)新成為了世界金融界的發(fā)展新課題。在控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的前提下，開展“綠色信貸”、推動低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)也就成了全球商業(yè)銀行近年來工作的重點(diǎn)之一，國內(nèi)多家商業(yè)銀行已經(jīng)把“綠色信貸”提升到了戰(zhàn)略高度，SPD銀行是其中較早確立其戰(zhàn)略地位的一家商業(yè)銀行。 本文以SPD銀行為研究對象，從其綠色信貸創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析入手，探討其綠色信貸創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略選擇，在此基礎(chǔ)上,嘗試為SPD銀行綠色信貸產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方案，分析其綠色信貸創(chuàng)新中存在的問題，并給出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh。 本文首先從綠色信貸創(chuàng)新的背景分析，指出發(fā)展綠色信貸對于社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、銀行未來在市場上競爭地位的確立均存在重要意義；通過相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)梳理，明確目前國內(nèi)外綠色信貸創(chuàng)新研究存在的差距；其次通過分析SPD銀行綠色信貸創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境，，運(yùn)用SWOT分析法整理出SPD銀行綠色信貸創(chuàng)新面臨的機(jī)會與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，優(yōu)勢與劣勢，進(jìn)一步分析SPD銀行綠色信貸創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略選擇，并給出策略建議；然后嘗試運(yùn)用：引入國際風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)機(jī)制、引入權(quán)利質(zhì)押模式、引入保理模式、采用財(cái)務(wù)顧問中間業(yè)務(wù)模式、運(yùn)用債務(wù)融資工具這五種金融模式，提出了十種具體的綠色信貸產(chǎn)品項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方案；最后指出SPD銀行在綠色信貸創(chuàng)新中存在的具體問題，并給出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh。
[Abstract]:At present, the contradiction between the world ecological environment and economic development is increasingly prominent.Low-carbon economy is rising quietly and gradually changing the world economic pattern. China is also experiencing the transition from high-carbon economy to low-carbon economy.The innovation of financial industry with green finance as its theme has become a new topic in the world financial circles.Under the premise of controlling risks, the development of "green credit" and the promotion of a low-carbon economy have become one of the priorities of the global commercial banks in recent years.Many domestic commercial banks have promoted "green credit" to strategic height. SPD bank is one of the commercial banks that established its strategic position earlier.This paper takes SPD Bank as the research object, starting with the internal and external environment analysis of its green credit innovation, discusses the strategic choice of its green credit innovation, and on this basis, attempts to design the green credit product innovation scheme for SPD Bank.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the innovation of green credit, and gives some suggestions.This paper first analyzes the background of green credit innovation and points out that the development of green credit is of great significance to the social and economic development and the establishment of banks' future competitive position in the market.Secondly, by analyzing the internal and external environment of green credit innovation in SPD Bank, the opportunities and risks, advantages and disadvantages of green credit innovation in SPD Bank are sorted out by using SWOT analysis method.This paper further analyzes the choice of green credit innovation strategy of SPD bank, and gives some suggestions, and then tries to use: introducing international risk-sharing mechanism, introducing pledge of rights model, introducing factoring model, adopting financial adviser intermediate business model.Using the five financial models of debt financing instruments, this paper puts forward ten concrete green credit product project innovation design schemes, and finally points out the concrete problems existing in the green credit innovation of SPD Bank, and gives some appropriate suggestions.
