【摘要】：組織模式是國際大企業(yè)集團成功開展風險投資的重要保證。基于理論和案例的分析表明:雖然目前風險投資的四種組織模式服務(wù)于不同企業(yè)集團的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展目標,但主流模式及其做法,仍可為我國大企業(yè)集團開展風險投資提供經(jīng)驗借鑒。
[Abstract]:The organizational model is an important guarantee for the successful development of venture capital by international large enterprise groups. The analysis based on theory and case shows that although the four organizational models of venture capital serve the strategic development goals of different enterprise groups, However, the mainstream mode and its practice can still provide experience for large enterprise groups in China to carry out venture capital.
