【摘要】：本文認(rèn)為,房地產(chǎn)市場波動對金融穩(wěn)定影響的根本原因在于房地產(chǎn)市場存在有限理性。房地產(chǎn)市場有限理性包括三個方面,分別是投資者有限理性、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)商有限理性和金融機構(gòu)有限理性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文通過構(gòu)造房地產(chǎn)市場有限理性,論證了房地產(chǎn)市場波動對金融穩(wěn)定的影響過程。
[Abstract]:This paper holds that the fundamental reason for the impact of real estate market fluctuations on financial stability lies in the existence of limited rationality in the real estate market. On the basis of the limited rationality of real estate developers and financial institutions, this paper demonstrates the influence process of real estate market fluctuation on financial stability by constructing the limited rationality of real estate market.
