【摘要】:企業(yè)文化作為企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)管理過程中創(chuàng)造的精神財(cái)富的總和,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的關(guān)鍵所在,已被越來越多的人所認(rèn)可。在當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景下,企業(yè)之間日益激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不僅體現(xiàn)在產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、營(yíng)銷的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、管理的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),更體現(xiàn)為文化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。 而金融作為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,金融企業(yè)文化理應(yīng)站在先進(jìn)文化的前沿。這就對(duì)金融企業(yè),尤其是以包商銀行為代表的一干中小商業(yè)銀行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。包商銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè),就是包商銀行確定企業(yè)的企業(yè)理念、企業(yè)使命、核心價(jià)值觀,培育企業(yè)精神,規(guī)定企業(yè)的行為規(guī)范,并通過各種形式來使全體員工了解、認(rèn)識(shí)、認(rèn)同并遵從企業(yè)文化的內(nèi)容,從而提高員工素質(zhì),提升企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力所開展的工作。建設(shè)特色企業(yè)文化,是包商銀行打造現(xiàn)代化、國(guó)際化的好銀行,在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得一席之地的必然需求。 本文在對(duì)企業(yè)文化理論進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)論述的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)包商銀行的企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,并在此基礎(chǔ)上展開對(duì)包商銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的SWOT分析,繼而對(duì)包商銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)存在的問題及其根源進(jìn)行了總結(jié),探討了進(jìn)一步完善包商銀行特色企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的對(duì)策建議。 本文的研究具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。其理論意義在于能夠?qū)ξ覈?guó)商業(yè)銀行企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的研究成果做出一定意義上的完善和補(bǔ)充;而其實(shí)際意義則表現(xiàn)為這些研究結(jié)果對(duì)于包商銀行進(jìn)一步打造自身特色企業(yè)文化,促進(jìn)和諧團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè),增強(qiáng)企業(yè)員工使命感和主人翁意識(shí),提升組織效能,適應(yīng)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)濟(jì)金融發(fā)展面臨的嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Enterprise culture, as the sum of the spiritual wealth created by enterprises in the process of management and management, is the key to the core competitiveness of modern enterprises and has been recognized by more and more people. Under the background of the rapid development of knowledge economy, the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises is not only reflected in the competition of products, marketing and management, but also in the competition of culture. As the core of the modern economy, financial enterprise culture should be at the forefront of advanced culture. In particular, the construction of corporate culture in small and medium-sized commercial banks, represented by the contractor Bank, has put forward higher requirements. The construction of the enterprise culture of the contractor's Bank is to determine the enterprise concept, mission and core values of the enterprise. Cultivate the spirit of the enterprise, stipulate the code of conduct of the enterprise, and make all the employees understand, understand, identify with and conform to the contents of the enterprise culture through various forms, so as to improve the quality of the employees, The construction of characteristic enterprise culture is the inevitable demand for the contractor bank to build a modern and international good bank and win a place in the fierce market competition. On the basis of systematically discussing the theory of corporate culture, this paper studies the present situation of the construction of corporate culture of the contractor bank, and on the basis of the analysis, the author carries out the SWOT analysis of the construction of the corporate culture of the contractor bank. Then it summarizes the problems and root causes of the construction of enterprise culture in the contractor bank, and probes into the countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the construction of the enterprise culture with the characteristics of the contractor bank. The research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance. Its theoretical significance lies in being able to perfect and supplement the research results of enterprise culture construction of commercial banks in China to a certain extent. The practical significance of these research results for the contractor bank to further build their own characteristics of corporate culture, promote the construction of harmonious teams, enhance the sense of mission and ownership of enterprise staff, enhance organizational effectiveness, It is of great practical significance to adapt to the severe test of economic and financial development at home and abroad.
