【摘要】:改革開放三十多年來(lái),隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷完善及知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代信息技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展,國(guó)有銀行股份制改造不斷深入推進(jìn),金融業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。 信息技術(shù)隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展逐步成為影響現(xiàn)代商業(yè)銀行的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要因素之一,金融電子化建設(shè)不但豐富了銀行的服務(wù)渠道,也提升了資金的流動(dòng)效率,深受銀行和客戶的喜愛。由于我國(guó)銀行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)起步較晚,,信息技術(shù)一直是我國(guó)金融企業(yè)建設(shè)的一塊短板。銀行要在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得生存和發(fā)展,就必須擁有優(yōu)秀的人力資源。隨著銀行對(duì)信息技術(shù)依賴度的上升,一方面優(yōu)秀的復(fù)合型IT人才成為各大銀行追逐的目標(biāo);另一方面如何提高企業(yè)自身人力資源水平,通過(guò)職業(yè)生涯管理挖掘現(xiàn)有IT員工的潛力、提高IT員工的價(jià)值,已經(jīng)成為銀行亟待解決的問(wèn)題。 本文從四個(gè)方面對(duì)中國(guó)銀行IT員工職業(yè)生涯管理進(jìn)行了研究。首先,論述了研究工作的背景與意義;國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于職業(yè)生涯管理的相關(guān)理論、研究方法和研究思路。其次,以中國(guó)銀行湖南省分行為實(shí)例,采用調(diào)查問(wèn)卷與統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,分析了當(dāng)前IT員工職業(yè)生涯管理現(xiàn)狀及其存在的主要問(wèn)題。再次,總結(jié)研究的主要結(jié)論和其實(shí)踐價(jià)值;設(shè)計(jì)中國(guó)銀行湖南省分行IT員工職業(yè)生涯管理方案。最后,就方案的實(shí)施,提出了步驟、對(duì)策和保障體系。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world, with the continuous improvement of socialist market economy and the rapid development of information technology in the era of knowledge economy, the shareholding system reform of state-owned banks has been pushed forward in depth, and the competition between the financial industry is becoming increasingly fierce. With the development of the times, information technology has gradually become one of the important factors affecting the core competitiveness of modern commercial banks. The construction of electronic finance not only enriches the service channels of banks, but also improves the efficiency of capital flow. It is deeply loved by banks and customers. Due to the late start of information construction in China's banking industry, information technology has always been a short board for the construction of financial enterprises in China. Banks want to survive and develop in the competition. With the increasing dependence of banks on information technology, on the one hand, excellent and complex IT talents become the targets pursued by major banks; on the other hand, how to improve the level of human resources of enterprises, It has become an urgent problem for banks to tap the potential of existing IT employees and improve the value of IT employees through career management. This paper studies the career management of IT employees in Bank of China from four aspects. Firstly, it discusses the background and significance of the research; the relevant theories, research methods and research ideas of domestic and foreign scholars on career management. Taking Hunan Branch of Bank of China as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of IT staff career management and its main problems by using questionnaire and statistical method. Thirdly, it summarizes the main conclusions of the research and its practical value. This paper designs the career management scheme of IT employees in Hunan Branch of Bank of China. Finally, it puts forward the steps, countermeasures and guarantee system for the implementation of the scheme.
