【摘要】：隨著修訂后的《合伙企業(yè)法》及其配套法律法規(guī)的實施,有限合伙制逐漸成為我國股權(quán)投資基金的主流組織模式。作為有限合伙制股權(quán)投資基金最主要的資金來源,機(jī)構(gòu)投資者在投資有限合伙制股權(quán)投資基金時存在諸多限制。本文從目前我國有限合伙制股權(quán)投資基金的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,闡述了制約機(jī)構(gòu)投資者投資有限合伙制股權(quán)投資基金的相關(guān)問題。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of the revised Partnership Enterprise Law and its supporting laws and regulations, limited partnership has gradually become the mainstream organization mode of equity investment funds in China. Institutional investors have many limitations in investing in limited partnership equity investment funds. This paper starts with the development of limited partnership equity investment funds in China. This paper expounds the problems related to institutional investors' investment in limited partnership equity investment funds.
